这里上当的多是新人。。so this 帖子is for new ID in US mostly.
老神医基本都有自己的 cash exchange channel, rarely need to ask/big for cash
on board and will never really trade with new ID for any large amount..
for small amount they just don;t even bother to do it.
骗子在国内的多而且胆大。。 so always RMB first and USD later.
总之， 不要为了绳头小利， 光看RATE, 诚信 是做生意的 No.l |
