box from bouncing around, so I hope the computer has not been damaged in
shipping. Further, there is no warranty registration card. According to
the Lenovo website, the computer with the serial number that is on the
computer you sent, has been under warranty since May 17, 2012 and that
warranty will expire on May 16 2013. Please explain to me how a new, unused
computer has already been registered and has only 4 1/2 months left on what
should be a one-year warranty. Who holds the registration??
I prefer to keep this computer rather than return it to you. However, I do
want a one-year warranty registered in my name and your assurance that,
despite the computer's age and poor packing, it is in perfect condition.

1. You're not authorized dealer, so the one year's warranty is not
guaranteed.
2. No one was holding it. The one year's warranty starts from the sold date
by an authorized dealer;

packing比大多数还是要细致的，虽然是用的recylce的盒子，绝对看着不扎眼

发帖数: 171 | 10 病人其实就是想要点补偿。 第一个回合，俺没有主动提补偿的事，it恼羞成怒，直接
联系amazon要退货，还说电脑是用过的，refurb的。offer了一点补偿，it很快接受了
。脑残的是丫接受补偿的同时，chargeback了（可能早前file的）。现在的问题是，
还要联系病人问清楚么？ 还是直接把所有的message 提交给amazon，让amazon来裁决
？ 有经验的说说，就当是case study吧 | g**********1
