Thank you for your inquiry.
There are a few reasons why a merchant may zero out an order:
1) Part of the order was returned or exchanged.
2) Follow-up occurred on the order after it was placed by the customer or by
the merchant.
3) A coupon code/discount code found outside the Mr. Rebates' website was
used on the order. This can void the cash back rebate.
4) Order was picked up at the store with changes to the order. In-store pick
-ups with additions and/or changes to the order can void the cash back
rebate.
The above 4 reasons explain the most common reasons why merchants zero out
orders.
If this doesn't explain what may have happened, please let me know and we
can investigate this issue further with the merchant.

如果对方（merchant)给钱，大部分情况下，你都可以拿到钱--少许无赖网站除外。
如果对方不给钱（给出某某理由，如这里面列出的理由），100%你不会拿到钱。
某些情况下，比如说xxx（比如GC)不qualify，但对方网站给钱了，
我们也高高兴兴拿钱，谓之double dip之类。:P

独立的cashback网站中估计topcashback是最恶心的了，mrrebate和ebates都还不错，
比较稳定，没什么噱头
