我当初卖给他的时候就有很大疑虑，因为版上也提醒过类似的骗局。首先买家是0历史
，而且是unfirmed address，邮寄地址是NY，但是buyer一直坚称说我没有要求firmed
address，并且他在国外，paypal无法verify address。我在ebay上open了case要求取
消，我还打电话给ebay要求取消这个transaction，而且也跟buyer反复要求过取消
transaction，但ebay驳回了我的case，最后我也无可奈何邮了东西。现在麻烦来了，
怎么办？buyer已经在ebay上取消注册了。

打电话给paypal报下tracking，5分钟钱就回来了。paypal赔两边。

我email给他paypal email里了。人家立马开了case 说被hack了。paypal已经把钱给退
回buyer了。搭车问一下，

information都做成pdf，并且写了一份长长的申诉statement，统统发给了paypal，希
望paypal能够仔细考虑情况。
骗子太可恶了！！！

光在这儿自说自话的干嘛要上论坛问？

发帖数: 1130 | 11 第一次被骗，时间没有经验，也不确定ebay是否真的能保护seller，我看了一下ebay
protection的条例，其中有一条是要求在7天内寄货，但是我的寄货时间超过7天了，原
因是在此期间我open case要求cancel transaction，并给buyer发信，buyer回复，这
么来来回回的几次就超过7天了，不晓得ebay是否会因此而认为我不符合protection。
附上ebay seller protection的条款
When do I qualify for eBay Seller Protection?
If you sell an item that is eligible for eBay Buyer Protection and the buyer
filed an item not received claim with eBay on this item, you are eligible
for eBay Seller Protection.
To qualify for eBay Seller Protection, be sure to:
1. Communicate proactively with your buyer throughout the transaction.
2. Ship items within 7 days of the stated handling time on your listing. 3.
For pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, ship within the timelines stated in
your listing.
4. Use a shipping method that provides tracking information and/or valid
delivery confirmation to the address in the PayPal transaction details or
eBay order details page.
5. Signature confirmation is required for transactions over $250.
Retain your shipping documentation
6. Respond to the eBay resolution process in a timely manner.
