发帖数: 2013 | 1 I created an Fedex label with signature confirmation on eBay. Fedex tracking
info shows the package was delivered and signed. Paypal asked the proof of
delivery because they thought this purchase might be a fraud. I obtained the
proof of delivery from Fedex.com, but it has no signature image. Fedex told
me that I need a Fedex account to get the image. I do have a Fedex account
but I didn't use that to create the label, so my Fedex account has nothing
to do with this label.
Fedex told me that if I creat a Fedex label on eBay, I won't be able to get
signature image. Is that true?
Another questions is: Does Paypal recognize the proof of delivery that
states somebody signed but does not include a signature image?

information even if you gave them tracking number? | n*****n

到paypal email说,先别寄了,可能是fraud. 我在paypal resolution center输入
tracking number,看到昨天delivered. 今天就把Proof of delivery也递交了. Fedex
还在review这个case,还没说非要signature image.
看来贵重东西寄出太快了,真不好. | s******1

贵而且有可疑的交易,我起码拖两天才寄.

发帖数: 4402 | 6 你没有ebay的fedex账号，所以看不了signature.不过，online显示有signature就可以
了。你这种情况paypal应该会 cover.unauthorized还是比较好对付的。就怕not as
described.
