he would like to pay for the return shipping. I am going to issue a partial
refund to the buyer.
Since Amazon still charges fees from the refund, anyone knows how to avoid
the fees？Any suggestion or feedback will be appreciated. |

如果病人没有调包，那我应该还是得退钱，我的feedback很少，万一他A-Z，我的
seller rating应该会非常低，我是想退钱给他，但避掉Amazon fees。
