题特来请教各位大神
提供详尽答复的前3位有包子 多谢
1)用FIRST CLASS直接打LABEL丢邮桶了 寄出之后两个星期了 USPS网上TRACKING还停留
在显示LABEL已CREATE的阶段
买家开CASE说没有收到 让他等几天 过了几天还是说没有收到要求REFUND
我联系USPS USPS说30天之内的不算丢...
除了给买家FULL REFUND还有其他办法吗? 可以找USPS(没有保险)或者EBAY补偿损失吗
还是只能自认倒霉?
2)还是用FIRST CLASS直接打LABEL丢邮桶的 TRACKING有UPDATE 但是停留在一个地方不
动已经快一个星期了 如果买家来联系怎么办呢? 这种情况找USPS有用吗? 如果最终一
直不到,也是我承担损失吗?

发帖数: 4476 | 2 1) You can do nothing about it in case #1 and have to refund the buyer and
move on. USPS or eBay won't do anything to reimburse you.
2) You may ask the buyer to wait for a couple of more days. if not in "out
for delivery", it will show up again some days. If "out for delivery", most
likely, the postman forgot to scan it when delivered. Then if the buyer
claims not received, you have to refund the buyer, and move on.
One thing to remember, never contact buyers for anything unless they write
to you.
