在Ebay上卖了一台近$400的Brand New Sealed HP laptop,病人收到后,说是一台Dell
used laptop. 我要她发几张package的照片看来, 不肯发. Fedex tracking shows "
left at front door", 所以我说会不会有人换了package, 她说是她亲手从Fedex guy
手里拿的. 然后就以"It doesn't match the listing" 开了个return request. 在
eBay上第一次碰到这种换货的evil,我只照了电脑和S/N的照片, 并没有照label和
package一起的照片. 请教各位有类似经历的神医几个问题:
1.我如果联系eBay,将情况讲明,可不可以不accept return?
2. 如果必须接受return,等收到东西后, 发现东西不符, 提供证据后, 可不可以不
refund?
3. 是在accept return前联系eBay, 还是收到东西, 发现问题后再联系好?
3. 什么好的建议来对付此Evil?

退回来的是一坨屎。你不full refund ，它open case， eB恶霸会帮你 full refund。 | n*****n

and product number, and then ask for the registration information. You can
use some excuse, such as stolen, lost..to get registration information. Then
you sent that information to the buyer and tell him that you will report it
to police...
Most evil will run away. I won several such cases in both eBay and Amazon.

the computer. You need chat with HP support online with the serial number
and product number, and then ask for the registration information. You can
use some excuse, such as stolen, lost..to get registration information. Then
you sent that information to the buyer and tell him that you will report it
to police...
Most evil will run away. I won several such cases in both eBay and Amazon.
