张打印的条形码和4位数密码的e-gc， 感觉危险太大，要求退货。seller不同意就算了
。后来还问了他能不能买成gift card，他还给我详细解答了。广告上写着“Scammers
Will Be Pursued”，根据review， 有十个以上关于whole food gc的，看起来不是骗
子。我就大意了，前两天突然一看history，发现他最近吃了四五个negative feedback
， 都是说卡有问题的。急忙查了一下balance，发现一月底balance两次被在600多迈以
外的whole food redeem了。其实我两三个月内是可以花掉了。
现在联系seller他不理，之前inquiry的时候回的很快。估计是他认为我没办法。试图
在ebay上dispute，发现不行，建议我联系seller。PayPal可以在180天内claim，但是
我file not as described claim的话，有很多选项Damaged，Incomplete，Materially
Different， Unusable等等，都不是给gc这种东西设定的。还有一种是unauthorized
transaction,google了一下似乎胜算大些，但是我已经跟卖主和ebay report card
zero balance了，再说unauthorized没有根据了。请各位有经验的支招。
现在很搞的是他吃了4个negative， 一个neutral feedback后positive feedback变成
92.5%，居然还能在ebay上卖。我觉得有可能之前别人的的dispute没有成功，不然他的
paypal和ebay账户应该挂了。不管钱收不收得回来，争取把他的paypal账户搞死，也算
是为民除害了。
以下是我买了以后他的negative和neutral feedback:

dispute一次， 不能以后再换名目说是unauthorized，所以现在慎重起见还没有file
dispute。

发帖数: 1204 | 5 update一下，ebay交易超过了30天之后不管，建议联系paypal。paypal说buyer
protection不cover gift card，我说没有看到啊。最后在长长的legal里面看到确实不
cover gc。估计这才是这个骗子最近吃了四五个negative feedback有恃无恐，还能继
续卖东西的原因。我建议PayPal封掉他的账户，PayPal CSR说我们不看别的网站上的评
语。PayPal建议联系信用卡，于是打电话给citi才终于搞定了。
现在不清楚这笔钱是谁出，信用卡会不会charge到PayPal，Paypal再从seller账户里扣
钱？

还是会找paypal陪，最后paypal 1年后就给我来信了。
