月内产品有问题,是可以a-to-z的。
有些seller support的水平很差,态度也不好。这个回复有没有给feedback的连接?有
的话,如果2两天内没有给具体的policy连接,给他留个negative的feedback,然后重
新开case再问问。
现在有些seller support很会玩trick,知道很有可能收到negative feedback的,会设
法名正言顺的不给feedback连接。这种情况也不知道通过什么渠道进行投诉。 |
