我总的transaction肯定不到200，transaction数比item要少。item算上cancel的现在
也不到200.
$20k倒是很容易就超了，所以一般就看item。

找到了：
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations require that U.S. payment
processors, including Amazon Payments, file a Form 1099-K to report
unadjusted annual gross sales or payment volume information for customers
that meet both of the following thresholds in a calendar year:
More than $20,000 in gross payment volume
More than 200 transactions
是按transaction算的，所以一个order有多个item的，应该算一个，cancel的order也
算一个。
Amazon给的report应该是准的吧？我是按Amazon给我的report算的。
