I decided to make dried tomato using oven. I sent 30 more tomatos to the
neighbor today, and picked another 29 tomatos. The first batch is in the
oven now, will dry another batch tomorrow.

However, is not bad things to try something new and have fun with it.
Useing oven to make dry tomato, I have never try it before, how long took
you to dry it completed? I use sun dried tomato when I cook pasta or some
Italian food. |

发帖数: 244 | 9 I dry it at 190 degree for about 12 hours, then sun dry it for another two
days. I think if I cut it thinner, it should take much less time. I am
drying my third batch now.
