Just want to share some of my thoughts of posting pictures and post on the
boards.
Some people are being too harsh on other's weight, that make me feel I need
to be very careful to post my picture or my weight loss experience on those
boards, like fashion.
I saw a post that a mom who is 106 lbs posted her picutures for dress advice
, and some people starts to judge her arm, and waist... Last time, I mention

don't mind what other people say or write.
they could say whatever they want but it's afterall our own bodies and our
own lives.

我很自毫的是，我们这个班同学，在这点都觉悟很高，都知道自己努力，并且正确合理
