pregnancy. (50 pounds+)
I just fit into my smallest pre-pregnant jean. (Ok, it is Gap size 4) I remember in "Sex and the City" TV show,
In one episode Miranda is so happy that she can fit into her smallest jean after the birth of her son. Now, I
totally understand her happiness. And i wish every mom can wear her smallest pair of jean.

There are my diet: 1200 calories per day, I cut back my intake of Carb
after reading Princess Gilda's weight
loss experience.
Breakfast usually is cereal with 1% milk, dark coffee. For lunch I love
salad at Cosi/saladworks with low fat
dressing (never ask for a roll/bread)or lean cuisine frozen meal. Snack:
Banana/apple. Dinner is veggie, some
meat and half bowl of rice. Me and My LG will go diner out once a week, so
I will enjoy some food I can't have
in most of the time. And

汤里洗洗。。。当时我们的结论是：食堂汤一点油都没有。。。
现在我炒菜油都放得很少，烧肉也不放油，全靠肉本身的油
