Dinner: 1/4 cup of rice + 1/4 cup of stir-fried bean sprouts + 1/4 cup of stir-fried veggies + 1/2 cup of stir-fried pork meat + bamboo shoots + mushroom + several peanuts - 500
Total: 1450
Exercised : climbed 40 floors - 150
didn't eat much snack. :-)
could eat a little bit less in the dinner. :-(

They only offer junk food. :-(
I managed only eating one clutch, one donut and one relatively healthy
burger without any fried etc.. Got so tired and hungry in the airplane so I
ate 2 snack-bag sized cookies and went home without dinner.

It is ok overeating sometime. You can negate the calories by more exercises.

真的爬楼梯. I'm working in a high-rise. It saves me time while still has
enough exercise. I leave a pair of sport shoes in office and then just
change my shoes, I can exercise.
As engineer, I wear very casually in office.

It's just a rough estimate. :-)
Tons of low cal bread in the store. Read the nutrition information on the
package. The lowest ones I saw is about 45 cal / slice . Of course they are
much thinner than those typical 75 cal ones.

You are right on. I haven't truely stick to the diets and the exercise
routine for several months. That's why I didn't make much progress...
Breakfast taco, sandwich, cookies or pizza were all free. So I didn't control myself very well... My home-made lunch and dinner are much healthier.
I also tend to overeat at dinner. I need constantly remind myself that feeling a little bit hungry means the loseweight is working now.
