自从中国及澳门旅行回来以后,我的胃口非常好,体重疯长。已在两个月内长了七磅!!!
我最近在考虑一个问题, 如何打破体重增加和减肥的怪圈.
目前体重: 57 kg. 哭ing....
身高: 168 cm..(大部分旧ID都可能知道)
性别: 大妈一个. .(大部分旧ID都可能知道)
目标,在我的生日达到52kg (十月中)
减肥历史: 比 90 后还长

Breakfast: 1/2 wheat bagel with 1 tsb of low sugar jam, 1 egg, and coffee
with 1% milk (300 cals)
Lunch: 2 slices of wheat bread, 1 tsb of cream cheese, 2 thin slices of ham
(300 cal)
Snack: fat free greek yogurt (90 cal) and 1 cup of cherries (75 cal)
Drink a lot of green tea and water a day.
Dinner: Chinese green veggie, tofu, green bean and two piece of chicken (no skin) and cup of almond milk.
(about 400 cal)
Walk 30 mins in lunch time.

哎,比我多了10cm不止,我有这身高就不减肥了

不得不批评一下,中餐吃得跟早餐一样,一点蔬菜都没有,必须整改。
还有,我不管是什么low sugar jam,果酱只能是你女儿吃,或者是扔掉。

I see, usually i eat most of my veggie for dinner.
I buy the low sugar organic jam for my LG, so i try it this morning, it is 6g of sugar in 1 tsb, and 30 calories
per serving. I will switch to back to my cream cheese tomorrow.

coffee
with 1% milk (300 cals)
Lunch: grilled chicken salad with light olive oil dressing
(220 +110 cal)
Snack: fat free greek yogurt (80 cal) and 1 cup of strawberries (75 cal)
Drink a lot of green tea and water a day.
Dinner: Chinese green veggie, chinese style bbq pork (take off all the fat)
and cup of almond milk.
(about 400 cal)
Estimated calories: 1,100.
Walk 30 mins in lunch time.
