生活了。在这里潜水了一段时间,学到了很多东西。决定从昨天开始,认真记录每天的
饮食锻炼。
节制饮食有两三个星期了,但是不够严格。开始体重138-140 lbs. 昨天早上称的是136
.5 lbs(家里称不太准,只能是个大概)。第一阶段目标是三个月,到120-125 lbs。最
终目标是115 lbs.

不过两三个星期记录下来,大概每天吃多少心里也有数了。关键就是要管住嘴巴,不要

我觉得可能就是原来比较肥,所以少吃了就减得快。最近好像进入了平台期,好几天都
没减重了。

今天开始新的一个月了。我要好好想想目标和计划了。过去半个月一直在121,122晃荡。
不能再这样了。给自己定个目标吧。
这个月目标是稳定降到118以下。如果达到就基本回到我生老大前的体重了。
以上个月的情况来看这个目标也不算太容易,越到后面越难减了。加油! |

我已经彻底搞不清状况了。这几天吃得不少,去吃了早茶,去人家家里party狂吃。
没有忌口,还吃了甜食,反而还轻了。 |

昨天吃了好几块巧克力,晚上十点还吃了块蛋糕,体重不升反降。我要考虑是不是要放
开了吃啊。最近家里过节的糖不少。嘿嘿。
今天开始新的一个月了。我要好好想想目标和计划了。过去半个月一直在121,122晃荡。
不能再这样了。给自己定个目标吧。
这个月目标是稳定降到118以下。如果达到就基本回到我生老大前的体重了。
以上个月的情况来看这个目标也不算太容易,越到后面越难减了。加油!
计划是保持现有的饮食,不能放松。
同时加大运动量。争取每天或隔天至少做一套郑多燕或者游泳三十分钟。
再增加一些力量练习,塑性手臂,腰腹和大腿。

不过不能掉以轻心,要时时提醒自己,革命尚未成功,同志还需努力

不过我一开始真没想到我真的能减到1字头的。觉得120就不错了。
现在看来还有潜力继续减。胳膊,腿,肚子,腰上还有不少肉呢。:)
我现在就是要增加锻炼,把体形tone一下。希望明年夏天的时候可以穿无袖的衣服。:)

三个月,养成了比较好的饮食习惯,管住了嘴巴,少吃不吃零食。
大幅度增加了锻炼,心肺功能都有提高。
接下来的目标是塑形,增肌,减腰身。体重要继续稳中有降,但不再是主要目标了。 |
