你就说按键坏了。
这些公司都不愿意承认有质量问题。
上次要苹果给我换电脑,最后他们终于给换了,但是还是不承认有质量问题。
他们估计内部都是有政策不能随便承认有质量问题的。
所以你只需要坚持说你这台有problem,有issue,他们应该会给你修,但是你不要坚持
要他们承认有质量问题。

only covers quality issues.
A few years ago, IBM customer service was good, now Lenovo customer service
is really bad.
BTW, this is the first time for me to be turned down when requesting stuff.
hohoho. I was even able to get free BIS on my sprint sero plan. I am good at
dealing with customer service people. But this time, I don't want to waste
my time any more, they win!
