the call via GV+G5, while call out via nonoh (make call to China), so that
one can use a single line/single analog phone coupled with ATA ?

第一步就是要通过sipsorcery注册到nonoh，就是在sip provider中将nonoh注册，比如
provider name就是“nonoh”
第二步就是改写dial plan：

sys.Dial("nonoh")
else
sys.GoogleVoiceCall("google voice account name",
