for t-mobile, they don't honor it until you ask for.

It should have several minutes included.
I ordered a prepaid cell phone from Tmobile, but, I decided to use my old
sim card with old number.
Just PM me your address, I can mail it to you.
(I don't know why I can not PM you.)
Actually, last time, I am not sure if it is still available, I paid $32
and bought a Tmobile prepaid phone (Samsung), it comes with a $25 prepaid
card.
