8月中的时候在dell outlet order了一个refurbished的laptop,过了几天order被
cancel了,当时心想也没啥,又重新下了另一个order。结果又过了两天,那个被
cancel的电脑寄到家里了,而且cc也被扣钱了。因为不需要两个电脑,所以一直给dell
打电话想把寄错的那个退回去,可dell客服的态度实在让人生气,不是说过两天会打给
我,就是说过两天会来取,但是从来都没有实现过,就这么一直拖了两个月。。
现在dispute cc也失败了,不知道还有什么措施可以采取的么?现在dell耍流氓,可只
能束手无策看着干生气。。。

除了不停打电话骚扰? 似乎没啥效果啊 各个部门之间互相踢皮球

almost three months. During these times, phone calls were useless, but at
the time I almost forgot, they informed me that they refund money to my cc.
So I get two for one price. |
