1。不管国内国外的卡，只要你能注册就应该能
2。先付全额，包括税和运费，需四个勾（风险）全满后1-2月把钱退你卡上
3。关于cookie和history,网站上是这么要求的。SD上有人说为此没拿到过，就半分钟的事，免得以后麻烦。
4。plus没什么用，就平时一周多一次机会。
5。Toysrus的reward没事，我的账号有也拿到了。但我是事先就存好的，结帐的时候没有单独再输入。
6。根据ＣＳ的回信，只要你总额超过规定数额，不论商家分几次划账，等东西全部运出和报告后，ＯＯ会更新你的ｒｅｂａｔｅ的。如果有其中有被ｃａｎｃｅｌｅｄ，“please make a purchase through a regular non-WOWpoints offer from the OO merchant, for the amount of the item that was cancelled.”我理解是就用你ｌｉｎｋｅｄ的卡上这个网站去买个等值或多的商品就可以了。

While we run the Holiday OOs (from 11/15-12/24) there will not be any limits on the number of OOs you can reserve and redeem. As with all of our OOs, please allow the merchant 21 days to confirm your purchase before you receive your rebate. Until we receive merchant confirmation, you may still see a “waiting for order” message; disregard this. For more information about OOs coming up, be sure to set your OO Alerts.
