"2.5. Overwhelming Offers Benefit
OOs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Certain OOs are
available to all customers of MasterCard's Service Provider. Certain OOs
are exclusive to you as a registered MasterCard cardholder on MasterCard
MarketPlace. At least one OO will be presented each day, excluding
holidays.
If you successfully reserve an OO you will receive a confirmation email
containing a link in order to purchase the reserved goods or services.
You will have three days to purchase your reserved goods or services. If
you fail to make such a purchase, your reservation will expire and you
will not receive an OO rebate."
And if there is a so called "no show" fee, do you think they should
mention it in the confirmation email? IMO, MC couldn't care less if you
don't click "shop now", they can save money, right? Only ppl who are sad
about unclaimed offers are those who didn't win.

What is the $10 reservation fee (the "no show" fee)?
There is no charge for not using a Check-In OO. There will not be any
fee for making an OO reservation & taking advantage of a deal. Nor will
you be charged for attempting to secure a reservation without success.
However, if you take a reservation for any other OO that is limited in
quantity (like the Bonus or Newbie OO) and you DO NOT make a qualifying
OO purchase, you will be charged a $10 "no show" fee should you choose
to unlock your account by paying the $10 fee.
OOs are great deals, so selling out fast is to be expected. However,
when some members who reserve these "super hot" offers don't make a
purchase and fulfill the reservation, it is not fair to other members,
who would have used the deal and gotten the great savings. This is a
waste of valuable reservations. So, to make sure only people who really
want the deal take advantage of it, we are charging the small fee ($10).
Bottom line: We want to make sure only serious buyers reserve the
Classic, Bonus, and Newbie OOs.
Note: When the $10 fee is chosen to unlock one's account, the fee will
be charged to the card you registered with us.
