200k. The replacement cost (shown in appraisal report) is 423k. Most
insurance companies gave quote with insured dwelling amount around 300K-380K
, Geico gave quote with insured dwelling amount at 520K, and State farm gave
quote with insured dwelling amount at 423K. I am wondering if everyone use
sale price or replacement cost for the insured amount, or even lower. Thanks

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1041 sq feet, 6000多lot size.
银行approve的short sale, 423k, 以前的buyer back out了。然后seller给我一个
counter offer，也是一样的价钱。
这个地点倒是挺便利的，大华，costco，邮局，都很近。但是旁边的铁路要是改成bart
的话是个concern。现在倒是没什
么火车。
大家给给建议，看值不值得这个。 |

发帖数: 2712 | 4 如果jumbo conforming的上限只有423K的话，那就真的是Jumbo loan了，rate确实会高
不少。不过，可以尝试找一些自己keep loan的investor，比如hudson city之类的，有
时候他们对jumbo的rate比Wells Fargo等银行要好。 |

种了很多花花草草。。。。还有一个买进来的是423k，现在要价449k，这个basement是
finished了，别的有deal的貌似比买进来时的价格还要低点的又不喜欢。。。。看房看
的真累人。。。 |
