natural weakness that it takes longer time to prepare for the full swing
forward and it can only hit with a close stance, so it requires much better
judgement on the court and excellent footworks, so if your opponent keeps
attacking your backhand with top-spin pushing you off the court, it is hard
to fight back unless you are quick enough to get around and hit an inside-

forehand might get shaken a little bit and lose the direction/spin that you

I am not good at passing, esp. on the backhand side. If they return
your 2nd serve to my backhand, I can't even direct the direction.
If I can return it with OK pace, that's already good for me.

Yup, LZ's friend is just like Del Potro, both on forehand side and backhand
side. I wish the lousy footwork is due to lack of concentration, because
that's too lazy for a guy with that kind of fitness...
I don't like to judge NTRP level from the forms. I always judge based on
the ball trajectory. Therefore no matter how beautiful the stroke is, if
the ball ends up in the net, it's gonna get a low score. |

overpower 3.5 opponents' backhand. Also when hitting with 3.5's,
I am out of position most of the time and cannot hit like in the
video.
My backhand is about 2.5. If I can learn to slice at the right
moment, it can probably be 3.0.

was against LD and I didn't really use my full force...
I know my left arm is kinda ws. But when hitting I just don't
have time to think about it, //sigh. I still can't mimic pro's
forehand even in slow motion. My left arm is not natural yet
when 空挥 at home. Hope someday I can figure that out.

The other two are both solid 3.0s.
Overall, mixed double 8.0 won men's double 6.0 comfortably.
Baby Federer probably hit 3 service return winners in this video.
He also smashed two volleys, one forehand + one backhand. He made
numerous backhand volley saves that barely blocked the ball back.
His opponents were quite uncomfortable returning his serves.
On the downside, his UE rate is too high.

Not sure what grip you use, but your forehand looks lack of plowing
through. Also your contact point is too high. If you are used to
hitting at that high, it's better to use windshield wiper forehand
form.
From your slow motion video I don't see you hit insideout direction
often (or even down-the-line). If you can't hit that then you need
to practice.
Overall the forehand is pretty good.
Backhand is stable. It might look a little nicer to loose the wrist

单反没spin, 可能还是拍头降的不够。偶有时候练单反练着玩，发现单反产生的spin比

学者对那些术语比较容易因为崇拜而害怕，其实就是停下来站定了，这个定可以是1s，
可以是半秒，可以是1/10秒，当然咱们低手3.0-的，优势就是对手球也慢，咱比较从容
，可以pose个半秒一秒的，喝口茶，然后再把球打回去就成了。
stroke 是load/explode，explode期间内可以跳，可以swing body，pro们load瞬间可
能很快，大家以为人家一直是运动中击球，其实真正没有load，就是running forehand
，running backhand，是在及其被动情况下不得已的，有时候running forehand
winner也是be forced to shot winner，这种情况下身体没有pause，但是pro们头脑里
还是有一瞬间的pause。
approach shot也是，你跑上去一定要停下来一下再打，volley也一样，你要是体会你
hold了那么split second，你的volley肯定和你仓促出手大不一样。

本来不想参加今天的league game （其实是city wise team (60 teams) ladder game),
但想想两三个星期才轮到一次，而且我们这次高手众多，输了我这场，赢下别的也应该很
容易，所以就上了。
对手是一跟我几乎一样的非常稳定的打法，不过他是左手，forehand可以打出很快的
flat, backhand不是很强（但也不容易打死），上星期的单打中2：0胜另一组的第二单打。
我一上来就1：5落后了（慢热是我本色阿），连追六个game， 7：5， 第二局腿都快
不能走了，看着球还能追一追，5:2领先，被连追两局，还好最后6：4胜，丑陋的win阿，
正式比赛不能多打，太保守，太丑陋。他的左手我倒没太不适应，主要我这种打法，好像
打左边或者右边都比较随便，没什么偏好，而且我的backhand/forehand的防守也很平均
如果要看丑陋比赛的举个手，超过10个我就传个video.
其实我们最后输了一个双打，所以如果我输，我们就打平了，我的game还是matter的。
