发帖数: 679 | 1 前一阵ms12发了个很全面的介绍NetSpend的帖子。我来分享一个叫Brink's Prepaid
MasterCard的产品。
Brink和NetSpend在使用上一模一样：online banking system，fee structure, 5%
savings运作方式，$20 referral bonus都是一模一样。
唯一的区别：NetSpend Prepaid及其Savings managed by Bancorp Bank or MetaBank
；Brink's Prepaid及其Savings managed by BofI (Bank of Internet) Federal Bank
。既然是不同银行发行的，应该可以同时拥有NetSpend和Brink。本人去年开的
NetSpend，今年2月份开了Brink's，两个savings各放5k，目前interest都正常post，
没有遇到任何问题。

FlashPay ID，你可以在netSpend和Brinks之间可以互相转钱。在netSpend里，点击
MOVE MONEY->SEND MONEY，用Brinks账户的FlashPay ID设好Contact，然后就可以从
netSpend帐户向这个Brinks Contact里转钱。转钱的时候要用到你的netSpend的卡号和
CVC2码。同理，你也可以从Brinks账户向netSpend账户里转钱。 |

check或statement过去才行。记得上个月添加netspend，在线立马就搞定了，不知道到

然后两个账户都收到邮件说不能拿bonus

My secret is I can be a real asshole, and keep saying I want to talk to your
manager, and a supervisor I talked to said, okay, I will forward the
complaint to executive customer relations and they will get back to you.
And surprisingly enough, they did, pretty promptly too.
In fairness, I did screw up. I signed up for the Brinks without the
referral code, and then for netSpend with the referral code. I then added

always asked me three security questions. After I finished answering them,
the "Next" button on the screen was disabled and I could not go further
except for clicking the Log Out button. But after logging out, I could not
log back in anymore and apparently the online access was blocked. Had to
call netspend/brinks to unblock and it is very time consuming. It happened

另一张卡。之前开Netspend存$500后，一周后就收到第二张preferred debit卡。
登录Brinks帐户已经Savings选项了，Enjoy 5.00% APY with the Saving Program。这
种情况Brinks是自动升级为preferred account吗？会不会再收到第二张卡？

发帖数: 981 | 14 Brinks and netSpend 属于同一个母公司，所以instruction都一样，但是$20 Bonus，
只能在netSpend和Brinks二选一，但是这不妨碍你两个都开，每个都拿5%的利息。另外
，有一点很多人不知道，在网上order一个card之后，可以马上接着注册一个网上帐号
。还有，注意不要同一天申请，也不要同一天activate两张卡。在收到card，activate
之后，再做ACH，不要提前做。如果你netSpend和Brinks两张卡都想申请，建议你先弄
好一张，拿到bonus之后，再去弄第二张，防止两张互相干扰。 |

如果在enroll netSpend或Brinks的Savings账号时，在W9 certification那步怎么都过
不去，老是被提醒："If you are subject to withholding by the IRS we will NOT
be able to open new savings account for you"，这说明你忘了同意E-Sign
Disclosure and Consent，在同意E-SIGN后，就可以通过这一步了，继而开Savings账
号了。 |

发帖数: 241 | 30 这里实际上是19个账户，夫妻两人各开一个，有一个账户只能开一个。这所有的账户我
都不考虑direct deposit的奖励，只考虑利息，这里的direct deposit可以认为是ACH,
只要ACH成功了基本上都可以开SAVING账户。
第1个是Consumers Credit Union（http://www.myconsumers.org/personal/checking/free-rewards-checking.html），它的额度是每个账户20000美金，开户的话稍微有点麻烦，可能要上传收入证明。拿到5%利息的主要要求是用debit卡消费12次，和用它家的信用卡每月消费超过$1000，其它要求很容易满足，自己上网站看吧。如果收入超过7万的话，可以被批准一个好一点的credit卡（Visa Signature Cash Rebate Card）这个卡是现金返回的，如果收入不到7万美金的，被批准的是另外一个信用卡，返还的是点数，也可以用来买gift卡。

被block
打客服被transfer 到更高一级的部门 。被告知一个人只能开3个账户，于是让她删了
westunion 并解锁ace elite ，
临了（我也没主动问她）被告知所有账户的saving 只能有一个能有 high interest.
想了想自己netspend 和brinks 在第二季度都收到了正常5%apy interest ，所以觉得
这个csr 在唬人。于是还是让她保留了ace elite。
但是还是想给大家提个醒： 这也可能成为netspend 系列账户赖账的理由。
想问问板上开了netspend系列 3个账户或以上的大神是否所有账户都收到了$5000 5%
apy? |

的会说已经申过了，好像是ms12说的，记不太清了）所以我猜是netspend系统限定每天
同一个地址只接受一份申请，不管姓名，也不管是netspend prepaid还是brinks |
