always asked me three security questions. After I finished answering them,
the "Next" button on the screen was disabled and I could not go further
except for clicking the Log Out button. But after logging out, I could not
log back in anymore and apparently the online access was blocked. Had to
call netspend/brinks to unblock and it is very time consuming. It happened
three times already. Was wondering if they have a bug in their new security
system. Anybody else had this problem?
I was using Macbook Pro with Chrome and Firefox browsers to access the
netspend/brinks websites. Not sure if that has anything to do with the
problem. |

start clean (clear cache, cookies etc) and try again?

That is what I am using. Did the system ask you security questions?
