服说会帮我cancel的。以为就没有事情了。然后前两天发现东西寄出来了。但是去看了
信用卡帐单，之前pending 的charge 没有了。等于店没有收我钱。有人遇到这种情况
的么？ 用amex 的卡买的。
那个店会重新charge 你钱么，要不要保留着足够的信用余额给他们charge 的空间？
一直犹豫要不要退，因为网站上说要收25% restocking fee. 如果没寄出来应该不会收
。现在寄出来就麻烦了

的是smart post, 打出来的label是6.4刀，结果月底ebay来的invoice, 这一单的
shipping fee是44刀，并且ebay已经自动按照invoice扣了钱。
于是给ebay打电话，说1磅的一件衣服被charge了44刀，搞错了，ebay让联系Fedex，
打过去，fedex不认，说是smartpost, 让我找post office, 于是就觉得很荒谬。我又
找了eBay, 客服让我在ebay账号里这一单的选项中，file一个针对fedex的claim，然后
让我等2周，说fedex会处理case。我觉得ebay就是打发人，因为认真读了那个claim内
容, 根本不适用我这种charge错钱的情况，是针对丢失包裹的claim。现在也两周了，
根本没有fedex找我。
现在该怎么办？ebay已经按invoice charge我钱了。我该继续找谁要求refund,或者给
我credit back？还是认倒霉？ |

现在半年快到了,我不想继续.可一看网上,根本就是极其复杂的CANCEL过程,于是,我还是提前10天发EMAIL联系要求CANCEL自动收钱....对方回信了,说是应提前14天...他们的网站上根本就没有这信息...为了预防无耻公司继续每半年收钱,我报失了我的信用卡.
信用卡公司说这样对方无法继续CHARGE我的钱了.我换一个新卡即可.....但是我有两点担心.1)这公司不会骚扰我吧? 2)这公司肯定会尝试用我报失的卡CHARGE钱,会影响我的信用记录吗 |

your bank will will let paypal go through and charge you overdraft fee.
varies from 35 bucks to 50 bucks
but if u instantly transfer funds to your checking account right after the transaction, the you should be fine. It take 1-2 business days before paypal charge hit your checking account.
both way it's very unlike the charge will hit ur credit card.

还说因为是他们系统的问题，上个月的monthly fee就不收了。

问了PROSPER，他们说那几笔charge-off的贷款还没有卖给坏账公司，所以现在还没办
法给出1099-B FORM。
他们估计这些坏账不大可能卖的出去，所以建议我用Year End Statement来报损失抵税。
这Year End Statement倒是列出了这几笔charge-off贷款的未偿还本金，不过IRS会承
认这种Year End Statement么？
如果行的通的话，这种损失应该报在1040表的哪一栏内？
急盼高手不吝赐教！

每个fund都开始收5.75%左右的sales charge，还有一个fund还收了$10的annual fee。
这个sales charge是不是也太高了？
大家建议我换掉American Funds吗？要换的话，换到哪一家呢？谢谢。

当时loan officer给我锁利率时候说锁的这个利率我不用买点，银行会给他们.75，他们就挣那个.75的钱，所以他们挣的很少不到1000块。我在想他们挣的钱不是银行给他们吗，那我这个1240难道不是是付给他们的吗？还有银行付给loan officer的钱会显示在hud上吗？多谢了。 |

origination charge应该是一旦disclose了就不能改的。
一般broker loan是这样写的，credit应该指lender付的broker fee。而最终减出来的
数字是lender的origination charge，可能包括application fee，commitment fee，
underwriting fee等等。如果给broker的credit少了，相应的最上面的数也应该降低，
保持最终$1325不变。
根据RESPA的规定，GFE的origination charge是Zero tolerance。找broker理论。 |

收到这个吗？另外，怎么确定如下的东西是好的，还是需要被Charge的？当我们搬进去

。现在我们卧 室电视装上了但发现没有信号，刚刚电话过去他们 居然说安装的时候
techician只保证有信号，不保证 检查每个接口。所以他们这次要来，十有八九要ch
arge 35 service charge.然后客服拼命鼓动我入一个 4刀一月的service protection
plan ,说至少要charge 两个月才能cancel ，但是cover 所有service charge
请问大家有没有相关经验？我是怕上了贼船下不来 ，还有就是如果是房子内部走线坏
了，是不是这些 都根本不会管的啊？

inspection。大概两个礼拜后收到了小区的来信说有超过1k的additional charge。
说了四点：
1.Carpet Replacement $620.16 (heavy stains at traffic areas)
2.Double Paint Walls & Ceilings $475. (excessive amount of oil, grease, and
grime on both the walls and ceiling)
3.Tree Branch Damaged by Moving Van $ 50.
4.Extra Cleaning $25.
我有几点质疑的地方：
1. 我提前30天提交了书面通知说要搬离。房东完全有机会和我约时间做个damage
assessment。但他只是在我搬离之后做了检查，在我不在场的情况下做了换地毯和粉刷
墙壁的决定，却要我来负担费用。我认为这不合理。

charge了interest。后来打电话，他们说我没有付清，我说每次都选缺省的那个付清statement
balance的按钮，怎么会没有付清？后来他们说可能是我自己搞错了，但是他们可以给我一个 "curtsey"，给我waive。今天又发现

我仔细看了一下statement，上一次付的钱确实比statement balance少了100多块钱。(3396 vs 3251)。我3000多块钱都付了，怎么可能就差那100多？感觉citi在付帐的时候搞鬼。你点付那个statement balance，其实付的不一定是statement balance，那个数字有时候比statement balance要少一些。然后他们就以此为依据来charge你利息。而且当我一开头问这个问题，csr就立即说waive。我 |

Account Ease Plan的。是什么关于参加了这个plan的人在伤残后可以cancel account
balance up to $10k的。但是有monthly service charge。我压根没有申请参加这个
。所以赶紧打电话给他们取消了。

you cancel within the first 30 days you will receive a full refund of any

结果1周后再查status 被lenovo cancel 说是credit card issue。
难道联想他们charge一下被hold就不再charge了么

不过，信用卡却被charge的幺蛾子，居然到现在都还没有死掉，本来就是幸运了。
很多人居然还在怪被多次charge的人打电话给amex dispute MPX charge，真是搞笑。
MPX会出这种致命错误的的Beta版本，早就该死了。哪怕今天没有死，明天也会死，有
什么好激动的。
这居然也怪打电话dispute的人，很奇怪。可见没有碰到同样问题的人考虑问题都是从
自己出发。轮到你自己碰到同样情况，你再看看你会不会打电话dispute。
DO not call 是搞deal的#1 rule没错,却不适用MPX的这种情况。MPX这种情况是早死早
