说的是如果你用信用卡买了一个东西，月底把信用卡钱付了，回头跟商家有问题，比如
货没收到，按这个法庭判决，你就不能要求信用卡charge back了。
你再花的钱，跟这个没有关系了。
那两个案子比较奇特，加起来一百万，商家倒闭了，charge back等于两家银行自己出
一百万，才造成了这个官司，小钱的话应该就干了。但是现在有了这个案例，银行小钱
也可以不做charge back了。

bank说我有一张卡欠了300多被charge off了。导致我的信用分一下从700多降到670多。
这张卡是costo自动从Amex transfer到Citi的。而Citi card我从来就没activate过因
为早就不是costco member。结果就是两边我都无法access online account查到
balance。
这两个星期一直在跟citi搞。甚至联系到了他们credit card dept的CEO.不过查了一大
圈他们还是一口咬定只要他们系统发出过statement，不管是不是寄丢或被偷或搬家，
都不是银行的错。尽管我一再表示我没有收到过任何欠债邮件但可以认错也愿意马上付
清，但他们还是不能delete chargeoff report，只能把charge off status变成paid。
我想我还会继续努力和Citi argue，但是感觉pay for delete希望渺茫。因此想请教大
家还有什么其他选择。谢谢

this card. Will there be further discount for kohls charge (such as for
public, 25%, using kohls charge 30% , etc) before Christmas?
Otherwise seems no need to get this card, since most shopping deal is during

于是我就给citi写信，dispute一下
结果今天citi给我发了个pdf，让我再联系一次voipzoom的客服，然后让我把客服的
response和我个人的签名一起在5天内寄给citi，没想到居然这么麻烦
其实我也不是很在乎charge的4刀多，只是想试验一下dispute好不好用而已
现在问题来了，citi说已经暂时把钱退给我了，说如果5天内收不到我的签名，就会把
钱再次扣掉，这我倒无所谓了，不知道会不会扣我多余的钱呢？

通常的消费记录2~3天就会显示，所以估计是pending，后来也证实了），也就没急着还
款；前两天发现CC的Available credit line变成0了，当时没在意，以为是Citi的网上
银行出错了；今天闲下来一看还是0，觉得不对劲就给CC客服打电话，被告知确实是刷
爆了，出处是lenovo,他们7号寄出时正式charge了电脑的钱，但是忘了把pending的那
笔取消，直接导致我的CC被刷爆；也是我的credit limit不够高，才有这个问题。向
lenovo了解情况之后，跟客服解释了一下，取消了那个pending，问了问CC客服会不会
charge我over credit limit fee，那个客服mm挺nice的，说这个情况我不会有麻烦，
唉，但愿吧，要看下个statement上怎么写了。不知道有没有谁了解这个的？
写出来发泄一下，也顺便回复前面有人问的lenovo是怎么charge的问题。如果CC的
limit不高的话，还是要稍微注意一下的，谁知道lenovo的工作人员还有没 |

，然后发现balance掉得飞快。LD注意了一下，觉得每次好像都charge多了，然后我上
account history一看，居然每个incoming call都有两笔一模一样的charge，而且这个
现象早在6个月之前（网上能看到的最早的记录）就有，实在是太恶心了。我们有两个
号码，都有同样情况。
给他们打了俩电话了，第一次说72小时内有人给我回复，结果一个星期过去毫无反应。
第二次说还在pending，结果又等了俩星期还没人回复。今天又打了电话，这回的rep又
说第一次的case根本没file，让我hold了很久，重新给了个很长的case number，还信
誓旦旦的说8/31之前一定会解决。我等着看，再不行就BBB了，不知道找个lawyer有没
有用。
另外我注意了一下，最近几天的double charge变得比较intermittent，就是有时有有
时没有，不像之前真的每笔都有。我想这种事情不应该只发生在我们身上，不知道AT&T
靠这个赚了多少黑心钱了，真的太恶心了！ |

问了PROSPER，他们说那几笔charge-off的贷款还没有卖给坏账公司，所以现在还没办
法给出1099-B FORM。
他们估计这些坏账不大可能卖的出去，所以建议我用Year End Statement来报损失抵税。
这Year End Statement倒是列出了这几笔charge-off贷款的未偿还本金，不过IRS会承
认这种Year End Statement么？
如果行的通的话，这种损失应该报在1040表的哪一栏内？
急盼高手不吝赐教！

judgement，所以他不可以给讨债公司，所谓的伤你的信用纯属子虚乌有。
建议写封certified mail要求他解释所以的charge。收到他的信后，再写封certified
说你不同意并逐项陈述其不合理，属于wear and tear，等等，让其去除所有的你
dispute的项目，并归还余额，否则你非常乐意用legal的渠道解决问题。然后他只有跟
你协商，或者上庭举证。如果当时没有final walk through，或者你离开前他没有指出
问题的话，他胜数很小。damage有judgement以后，你再研究每项charge你的钱是否
reasonable。
总之，上庭对他很伤，对你有利。不要担心，我本人有碰到过，charge我7000多块，两
封certified mail后就乖乖的改成了85块。 |

请问新手以锻炼身体和减脂为目标是不是 用fitbit就行 不需要用garmin. 暂时没有长
距离跑步的计划,每天的锻炼量维持在2-3mile左右.
另外请问 fitbit flex 和 charge的区别. charge好像多一块led屏幕可以随时读数.
那flex是不是只能记录数据不能随时显示数据,必须连手机. 我跑步不习惯带手机,如果
想随时看读数 是不是该入 charge? |

被charge了$11.5的toll。这个完全有可能，因为Miami附近到处都是toll，我们很有可
能miss掉一个。但是有几个比较怀疑的问题：
1.信用卡显示AVIS RENTACAR TOLLS 866-2556063 NY US。这个NY是因为AVIS公司在NY
还是toll发生在NY？网上看到有人也是在FL租AVIS，根本没去过NY，但是被charge了NY
的toll。之前租车的费用显示的是AVIS FL。
2.网上看到有人complain说以后还会不断收到toll charge，如果miss掉toll一般会在
多久之类补交钱？

resort的2 night stay被 额外charge了136美刀。
这个挂羊头，卖狗肉，号称4星级的旅馆建议大家都不要去住。本身2night 500多美金
的价格已经不菲,当时check in时被告知如果加入fairmont 的free membership，wifi
是免费的。
我现在搞不清这130多的charge是哪里来的，不过对这个所谓4星的hotel真的不敢恭维
。没有空调就算了，房间小的勉强能下脚，头一天打扫清洁的人完事后门没有锁，东西
丢了赖谁？
此次banff之行，感觉最好，性价比最高的还是best western canmore，包早餐，才160
多，条件绝对比所谓的3，4星不逊色。相反，那些3，4星的额外收parking fee，wifi
charge，性价比太低。
懒得打电话去问原因，让Amex去处理吧，后来者引以为戒。 |

为是第一次被警察跟，所以鬼使神差地没意识到应该pull over，继续开。进了山道，
跟随车流，速度65-70。中途有个路段有超车道，从后视镜看见警车没走超车道，更鬼
使神差地以为警车没在工作中，以为他有事儿干嘛不走超车道！
出了山道我前面有两辆车停路边了，第三辆停的时候停得很快且没停好，占了部分行车
道。我为了躲这第三辆车，只好往左打方向盘绕过去。结果过了中间的黄色虚线一点，
对面也来一辆车，差那么几秒就可能撞上了。
又开了一段，最后在前面的路口有另一个警察站车边用手示意我停车，我就规规矩矩地
停一边了。警察让下车，沟通了一番，回车里等，过了十来分钟警察开好了ticket, 不

朋友推荐去了一家韩国餐馆，贵就不说了。一份豆腐9.99,还没什么料，饭还收了2$一
碗。更可恶的是我今天查账，发现它居然多charge了我小费,多charge了3块多。我在美
国这么多年还是第一次遇到这种情况。我该怎么办？我有收据的，应该打电话给信用卡
公司要回来吗？如果它们狡辩怎么办？先谢谢各位了。 |

请拿起ipad充电器自己看看规格，真相是，苹果为了让你们只能卖它的充电器，就把
ipad用的usb充电口规格由常规的5v改成了5.1v。一般充电口电压只能让它显示not charging，至于实际上有没有charging就不一定了。
我用当初千挑万选出来的台达电源试充ipad，电压为精确的5.00v，额定工作电流3A，一样没反应。假如有个5.1v的充电器，电流再小也不会显示not charging的
如果你的电脑能充，恭喜你，你电脑的usb口电压超标。不过0.几v的超标一般用电器都能承受，顺便还能充ipad了。通过在电脑上装软件来给ipad充电是强行改变usb口电压，有烧毁主板的风险。
不得不说，苹果这样做太恶心了 |

发帖数: 11300 | 50 你这是胡扯了 5.1V和5V都在误差范围之外了 没有做电脑电源的能做到精确的5V 那样
造价非常高 一般5%精度就可以了。ipad放在5V的上面充电完全没问题 甚至4.9V也没问
题
你如果用PC电脑充电 即使你确信你的usb口能提供足够的电流，也需要安装一个驱动，
实际上apple的充电器是有个协议的 就是告诉设备usb口提供的最大电流是多少，设备
才敢放心的用，否则按照usb标准的0.5A ipad要是敞开了用你的电脑肯定过流保护了
现在主流的新一点的主板都支持这个功能
