发帖数: 541 | 3 我属于骨架小，身上肉多的类型（运动型）。来美4年，前两年每周坚持大运动1次，体
重一直保持在10５lb。后两年，完全运动，只有夏天游泳一周一次。 由于长期坐在电
脑前学习，胃部，腹部肥了几圈，原来size ０都嫌大，现在直逼size 4。大腿橘皮，
臀部下垂严重，原来很喜欢穿短裤，现在被老公建议不要穿。而且手臂，背部穿背心肉
都会挤出来。。。。副乳严重。长肥唯一好处，现在居然可以买美国的内衣了（原来穿
32的嫌松），不过罩杯没长，汗！
为此特下定决心减肥,长肌肉，练腹肌，告别副乳，期待回到原来fit的身材。

说想要控制体重其实也叫唤了１年多了。我身高１６８，保持了很多年在１１５LB，０
５－１０年在PUBLIC做的时候很忙很累， 不过似乎一直精神还好， 也从来没有体重方
面的困扰。结果１０年９月换了个舒服的新工作之后， 一方面这里那里的不舒服小毛
小病不断， 另一方面， 却还增加了５LB肉肉。
过去的一年里， 增加了每天上班或者下班，或者中午的走路时间，也有一周１－２次
的AROBICS或者瑜珈或者爬坡， 当然白天的大多数时间都是坐着打电脑的。可惜这５LB
肉始终稳入泰山。：（
现在我也尝试这开这个贴子， 希望可以有所帮助，可以在２０１２把这５LB肉赶走。
我的目标应该不算很巨大吧。

票优惠也越来越难以PK通胀的压力，于是航空公司想尽一切办法从周边挣钱。而最好琢
磨的就是托运行李了与手提行李了。
于是有了如下场景：
地点：新加坡机场T2航站楼， Tigerairways值机柜台旁边的出境大厅入口
人物：我，穿着security制服的白富美A与后面相当叫嚣的制服男B
背景：在出境大厅入口处一般都会有警察在你出境前核对一下你的机票与护照是否相符
在Tigerairways值机柜台拿到机票，信步走到不远处的出境大厅正排队通过检查。
白富美A过来了，哦，应该正常出境前检查的。想都没有想就递上了护照和机票。没想
到A只看机票却不看护照，紧接着就拎起我的拉杆箱使劲摇晃（在掂量拉杆箱的重量）
。我开始有点摸不着头脑了，这是安全检查吗？接着A就把我领给了不远处的B。
B很快让我把所有行李（拖杆箱与电脑包）放到虎航的称重处过秤，我当时还是有点晕
，B让我拿出笔记本，我就拿出笔记本，B让我过秤，我就去过秤；结果很快出来了：9.

发帖数: 1987 | 10 最近半年没干别的，就疯狂长肉了，因为繁忙也没顾上规律的健身塑形，导致赘肉激增，目前穿不了修身和紧身的裙装和top，牛仔裤也穿起来没型了，对自己目前的身材已经忍无可忍了。希望通过参加活动恢复健康结实的身体和身材。我属于骨架小，肉多的苹果型身材，腿不容易粗，但是很容易上身长肉，所以穿宽松的衣服再加上头小，整个人会有很彪悍的感觉。废话不说，上尺寸。
身高：5尺4
体重：108磅
胸围：88 cm
下胸围：73 cm
腰围：64.5 cm
臀围：86 cm
手臂： 25.5 cm

目标：身高变不了了，体重其实也无所谓，重点在于减该减的围度，增该增的维度。训练计划基本跟我曾经的训练过的内容一样，对别人不知了，就是对我塑身比较work的方式，跑步的确是加强我心肺功能了，但是从未在塑形上对我有过大的帮助
训练时间：鉴于最近出行计划和项目计划安排很满，未给塑形时间，所以12月10日前，只做腰和臀的训练。从12月11日开始，每天55分钟的塑形运动全面开始。每周去gym跑步一次，打壁球一次。

Luxury Point & Shoot Camera: 自动曝光、自动对焦、自动过片，有大量手动功能。
因为过片马达和对焦机制的关系，使用时往往产生相当程度的噪音。最高快门速度如未
注明，多为镜间快门常见的1/500s。
1.康泰时 Contax T2
1990年发售，此类型相机的开端。镜头为38mm f/2.8，光学素质虽不及十多年后的后继
机T3，但也素有口碑；最近对焦距离0.7m。伸缩镜头相机在镜筒上调整光圈和闪灯模式
的设计很是少见。
较大的钛壳机身做工皮实且用料奢侈，故障率很低。手感优越，功能虽不多但每一个都
有对应的拨轮或拨杆，操作的便利性极高，典范一般的设计。
取景器大而明亮，超越侪辈甚多。对焦精度很高，但速度一般，同时必须在按下快门后
镜筒才会伸出进行对焦动作，难以快速拍摄。好在T2有一个独特的焦距转盘：在进行手
动对焦的同时，相机在取景器内提供合焦指示。这种“电子测距对焦”在同档次相机中
是绝无仅有的。
T2有普通（钛色）、黑色、钢灰和镀金四个版本。如今普通版本的价格低落，因而性价
比极高，非常适于使用及把玩。

这个又是一个时间大杀器，曾经很沉迷，关于这个游戏的口水不要太多，就不在这罗唣了。感兴趣者可在本博客自行搜索前面的本人旧作，“在CM3之前”和“冠军的台阶”两篇。
资料一, 在CM3之前, 约写于1999年
按理说玩游戏也有几个年头了, 别的足球游戏倒也玩过不少, 可回想起来玩的
最多的还是CM系列, 相比之下还是这个做的真实或者说全面一些. 从CM2开始,
每次试玩一个新版本时开的第一个进度我总选国际米兰, 这也多少反应了我对
现实中这支球队的不满和期望. 只有最开始玩CM的时候是个例外, 那还是在96年
吧, 因为那时的CM就很占硬盘, 我没有那么多空间把所有国家的联赛都选上. 而
且我记得从同学那拿来的盘似乎本来就不全, 于是只好选了一个法甲, 执教的队
伍是巴黎圣日尔曼. 说实在的, 那时候利扎拉祖长什么样我还不是很清楚, 但我
从游戏中就已知道这小子是个牛人. 回忆起来最初在CM中对比赛的操纵还远不如
今天这么细, 顶多只能换换人指定一下队长而已, 连谁发角球任意球都不能操纵.

petct，说保险不报销，要先做ct，所以这个可能是强化ct？不过我不确定。我做ct的
原因是因为鼻子流血，然后做b超查出八个颈部淋巴结.

的高温相。不过那段时间睡觉和起床的时间每天都不太一样。最近这段时间生活比较规
律，也开始锻炼了，近一个月体温基本上在都97.7-97.8，没什么明显的高温。排卵试
纸也是一样没看出来过什么。也做过几次B超和抽血查激素6项，医生没说有什么毛病，
我还专门问她是不是多囊，她说她不这样认为。可是我例假真的太不正常了，曾经闭经
，各种不正常。这大半年来就没有过正常的例假。下面是我整理下来的一些检查结果。
2011年11月至2012年4月，压力较大，几乎每天都有少量血迹

摘要:以红香椿的根条和枝条为试材,采用正交试验设计进行扦插繁殖育苗试验,结果表
明:香椿根条扦插优于枝条扦插,长插穗扦插效果优于短插穗;两种插条生根部位有所不
同,枝插条是愈伤组织生根,根插条则以皮部型生根为主,少部分为愈伤组织生根。根条
和枝条扦插繁殖可用于香椿大规模育苗生产,采用直径0. 5 cm 以上的根和直径0. 8 cm
以上的枝,于3 月底扦插,剪截长度分别为8 cm、12 cm ,扦插前插条下端用HL43 生根剂
分别处理15～20 s (秒) 、5 s (秒) ,插于沙床,生根率达94. 3 %。
扦插及管理
选择粗度为0. 5 cm 以上的根和粗0. 8 cm 以上的枝条作为插穗, 剪好插穗后, 立即将
其下端约1 cm 长的部位用HL43 生根剂处理,然后插入沙床中,插入深度为插穗长的3/ 4
,斜插时角度为50°左右。扦插时间为3 月底,气温为18 ℃,插壤为河沙,pH值约为6. 8

低调奢华：枭龙是世界首架能够发射弹道导弹的战斗机
中巴联合研制的JF-17雷电（国内称FC-1枭龙）战斗机，是中国研制的一种全天候
、单发、单座、轻型超音速战斗机，具有完全自主知识产权，由中国航空集团公司与巴
基斯坦空军共同出资，由成都飞机设计研究所和成飞工业集团公司研制开发，枭龙战斗
机于2003年8月首飞，2007年交付巴基斯坦空军。
巴基斯坦空军首批采购了50架枭龙战机，其中在中国制造8架，巴方组装42架，被
称为JF-17 Block1，全部使用中国机载航电和武器，2012年初交付完毕。这阶段的枭龙
战机，尚不具备主动中距空战和对地精确打击能力，只能发射中国产霹雳-5EII格斗导
弹，投掷口径为250和500公斤级别的航空炸弹。
由于枭龙Block1战机只有近距格斗能力，所以中国和巴基斯坦随后开始枭龙战机大

vw的passat roof strength超过20000 lbs，价格差不多但是尺寸大一点的charger接近
22000lbs的，显然在棒子托眼里，任何比sonota有更强顶棚的都不是主流family sedan。
side impact比impala （19.5），passat（16.5），甚至比小半号便宜很多的dodge
dart （19）和2015年的Malibu（18.5）还要差，鸡巴棒子托还有脸吹“better than
most others in the same class.”
再看看常人不容易观测到的数据，现代moderate里，

，都有斩获，但都小的不值一提。有船可能会好点，总之很不过瘾。更何况有KV老兄15
.5’’的MONSTER，口水很多，鸭梨很大啊。顿觉还是只有重回自己的地盘，才能有所

正好WV鱼弟前日上得CRAPPIE数条，现在大坝水情也正值钓CRAPPIE的白金时机。相约定
好周6晨钓。且BBS上的“肉塔塔人”鱼痴也想来WV一钓（难得他LD出差），甚好啊，神
交好久已！从MD回WV的路上，一直想着定的新CM到没有，明天好用上派场。3个小时的
路程，在对CRAPPIE的美好憧憬中很快就过去了。路上约好鱼弟4：30AM出发！！！
9PM到家，吃了东西，就收拾起明天的行头。新CM也到了，一切安装妥当，一杆挂CM，
一杆挂BPS淘的CRAPPIE JIG。11：30PM忙完后，一上BBS，顿时被KV的16.5’’给震精
坏了。我靠，太爽了！盘算着一定要把自己的小船拖到MD去。这一震，居然被震的睡不
着了，到了1：30AM，还没睡意！干脆爬了起来。到了3：00AM，查看大坝没放水，实在
