荐康复的计划。。。。
主治医生介绍了一种恢复治疗：自己把关节一点点撕开，要把中间粘的肉一点点撕开，
撕两个多星期吧，然后等他自己长好。。。
不知道这边是不是也是这样？我朋友想看看还有没有其他方法。。。。

如果康复的不好，可能后果会很严重。。。。
目前国内主治医师的建议是：前四周主要是固定移植物，消肿消炎，其中第三周开始撕
肉(就是被动活动度锻炼)。这个伤康复不好的话后果比较严重。

是ante-cruciate ligment断了。 医生建议我做手术，装人工韧带。 当时我还是学生
，保险不cover,就连MRI我最后都要自己掏$1700.
人工韧带使用寿命15年，我当时选择不装，因为我不想15年后再开刀。 不装韧带，韧
带不会自己长好，断了就断了。 医生就建议我伤好了之后去健身房锻炼膝部肌肉，特
别是小腿负重往前踢的那个器械，医生说肌肉可以弥补韧带的功能。
现在过去快10年了，我跑步、打网球基本不受大的影响，要说有影响就是连续运动2小
时比过去容易腿酸。
我的另一个朋友打排球伤了肘关节，他选择装了人工韧带。 装韧带的好处是，可以把
断裂的韧带清除干净。 据说不清除的话，它会乱长。 但是我的膝关节没有发现这样的
乱长现象。
你去见医生，首先要查明有没有骨折。 另外如果韧带伤了，有没有完全断裂。
现在也许比10年前的人工韧带技术先进了，你可以问问你的医生使用寿命多少。 |

一个膝盖关键的部分就是那些韧带（四条）、股/髌/胫骨的软骨、和半月板（两个）。
这些都可以损伤、撕裂和破裂，韧带也可以全断。受伤了就发炎、积水、更痛。
半月板附着在小腿骨的最上端，和大腿骨最下端软骨可以有相对运动。半月板本身也是
软骨。
实际上半月板和上面的股骨软骨是挨得很紧的。图中的大缝只是示意。

，只是给大家科普一下，以有个概念（但不求100%科学正确）。
Left knee medial meniscus tear：左膝内侧半月板撕裂。
一个膝盖关键的部分就是那些韧带（四条）、股/髌/胫骨的软骨、和半月板（两个）。
这些都可以损伤、撕裂和破裂，韧带也可以全断。受伤了就发炎、积水、更痛。
半月板附着在小腿骨的最上端，和大腿骨最下端软骨可以有相对运动。半月板本身也是
软骨。
半月板损伤非常常见，一是运动导致，一是日积月累所用导致。一般是关节镜手术切除
裂掉的部分。林书豪去年做过此手术，Lakers' Metta World Peace也刚做过。
我的膝盖痛了一些时日，不过打球时不痛，奇怪有时打球还会让疼痛感好些。终于一月
多前痛/肿难忍，就挂拍开始找医生了。现在仍然不知是打球所致还是搬重物所致，并
不是某一天就疼得突然不能动了。
我的一个医生倾向手术，另一个倾向暂时不做。我现在想的是先修养半年再说。一月悠
闲，痛/肿好多了但是还有。

本人30刚过，希望不再年轻的球友们注意啊。

打排球有五年了，来美后第一年左膝就ACL(anterior cruciate ligament，前交叉韧带
)撕裂，可惜学校医院医生二，没查出来，拖了一年去了运动医院才查出来，做了ACL重
建。现在术后十四周，半蹲、小跑都没问题，能恢复到跑得比较慢的自由人的水平，目
前还不太敢起跳。
总结一下手术的损伤部位：
半月板切去大约20%
新的ACL
hamstring有一条腱切去用来补ACL
想问一下，版上有没有人像我这么不幸地做过ACL重建？这个样子以后能恢复到什么水
平？

其实限制条件也是不少的。
petplan可以让你选coinsurance percentage和deductible。 比如coinsurance是10%,
deductible是$100的话。 去看一次病， 自己需要先付100块钱， 加上余额的10%。 有
些公司是一年自己只要交一次deductible, 而petplan是以病来区分的。 如果这次去看
拉肚子， 下次是去看皮肤发炎， 就需要交两次deductible。
需要注意的是， 不管你选的多少coinsurance（比如0)， 某些情况下，这个必须是20%
， 比如：
1, 去看specialized referral veterinary， 就是说换了家医院去看专家门诊的话，
自己也要付20%的钱。
2，非必要的急诊
3, 去看after hours vet

不能沾地了。一开始以为就是扭伤，但也不见好转，受伤的那条腿明显不能受力。
上周带他去看医生，医生诊断是十字韧带撕裂 （Ruptured Anterior Cruciate
Ligament），推荐一个叫TPLO的手术。
这个手术相当的invasive,还需要一个specialist来做，术后恢复也要4-6个月。想问问
版上的狗爸狗妈们怎么能完全确诊是十字韧带撕裂，有没有保守治疗的方法。我们现在
还是有点in denial，抛开经济的问题不考虑，总觉得这个手术对狗狗是个折磨，但又
怕如果不做会慢慢发展为退行性关节炎。
希望大家给出出主意，煽风点火冷嘲热讽的话就别说了，我们现在心里也非常着急。谢

s Ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament. But it was only a guess. They didn't
want to do an XRay on him that might make his situation worst. The doctor
then suggest Toby (the Corgi) wait a month to see if his leg is getting any
better, if not then they'll perform the surgery.
A month passed by and his leg did get better, not 100%, but definitely
better. Now the doctor suggest we wait monitor him for another month.
