从数据上来看，mohr比dougherty的api分数要高，生师比要低，学校面积要小。但我认
为应该有数据之外的东西，这是很难知晓的。我想了解两个学校的特色（对不起，这可
能是中国式思维），问dougherty的工作人员，他们的回答比较含糊。
另外，dougherty离bart站更近点，老公上班方便些，说是dublin停车很困难。
希望知情者给点建议！这两天就想马上决定给孩子报名。

【赛迪网讯】11月20日消息，据国外媒体报道，互联网流量监测机构Experian Hitwise
发布的最新报告显示，截止11月12日，Google+美国访问人数达到680万，是自其6月28
日上线以来访问量第三高的一周。
Experian Hitwise分析师Heather Dougherty表示，自11月5日起到12日，Google+访问
量较前一周增长5%，较前一月增长25%。但数据不包括来自移动应用和谷歌通告条广告
的访问量。Google+访问量前的主要来源都是谷歌网站及谷歌相关产品，访问量45%来自
Google.com，16%来自Gmail。谷歌Web服务占Google+流量2/3，符合谷歌高官们让
Google+成为谷歌其他应用连接中心的愿望。
Heather Dougherty还注意到，过去30天曾访问Google+的用户回访量在过去几周有所上

家有大孩的父母，请问为什么 Dougherty的SAT比PALY低130多，API却高了21呢？
一个可能的解释是Dougherty学风好，各年级都不错 （API全体小朋友排名）， PALY小

几个，就算在整个湾区都可以算是顶级的了。
单纯看2013 API 和加州排名，Dougherty Valley High和湾区另几个顶级学校完全是同

Lynbrook/MSJ也很不错，Monta Vista/Saratoga要差点；
Dougherty Valley/Los Altos/Irvington/Burlingame/Mills偏低，
Menlo-Atherton/San Mateo偏高，这两校的加州统考成绩（schooldigger）很一般；
如考虑学生人数，私校录取率最高。

1. 94582的大部分地区( GALE RANCH + WINDERMERE)是Dougherty Valley High, 94582
的小部分地区+94583整个地区是California High. 高中的好坏来说Dougherty Valley
High>California High>DUBLIN HIGH. 但California High也是API 900左右的高中,即
使对华人家庭来说,也应该算足够好了.

我记得Castro Valley High的API大概在81X, Dublin High的API大概在87X,California
High的API大概接近900, Dougherty Valley High的API应该>900.
90W+的SFH (5 Bedroom)在Castro Valley这个地区算鸡头, 100W的SFH (5 Bedroom)在
San Ramon算凤尾. East Dublin的新房多, 5 Bedroom的SFH要稍多些. |

发帖数: 2972 | 19 是的。整个三谷几个城市， Pleasanton的市场是最抢的，房子是最难买的（最容易卖
的），同样的房子应该是最贵的。 Pleasanton里南湾/FREMONT最近。而且PLEASANTON
的社区很成熟，居民组成更多样化一些（SAN RAMON的老区也是这样，但远很多）。
Pleasanton老房子多，地大有院子。 2000 SQFT左右的SFH，只有很少的1980年以后盖
的，而且院子非常小。3000 SQFT以上的大房子， 80年以后的要少多一些。
学校的话应该是San RAMON新区的DOUGHERTY VALLEY最好，比DUBLIN/Pleasanton的3个
高中都要好不少。 希望East Dublin的新高中也能达到DOUGHERTY VALLEY HIGH这个水
平。 |

发帖数: 1 | 20 用湾区高中 vs UCB分析数据有点不全面。第一不能代表亚裔。第二UCB缺乏某些热门学
科，不能全面反映家长学生的偏好。
几个简单的结论：
1、亚裔申请UC对比其它族裔有巨大的优势。
2、除了Lowell，其它几个“名校区”学校的西裔拿到UC入学许可的一个都没有去UC！
也许说明作为（富裕）西裔如果UC愿意收，都有更好的选择（如长春藤学校、全奖之类
）。
3、没有列出的数字：这些高中亚裔总共1757个录取，829人入学；白人280个录取，103
人入学；西裔63个录取，18人入学。数字为所有UC。
4、就这几所高中看，学生一只脚踏入UC。一半的学生能被UC录取。
以下是2015几所湾区高中亚裔 vs UC分析，没有时间一个一个学校地去摘数据。如果有
人能整理数据，我可以更新结果：
亚裔、白人、西裔录取／申请：
85.64% 52.50% 33.33% Saratoga
83.39% 76.19% #DIV/0! Lynbrook

GALE RANCH比WINDERMERE贵(主要有SPECIAL ASSESSMENT. Pleasanton基本都是老房子,
2000年以后的新房比较少. 同样带后院的"新"房子,Pleasanton的应该比GALE RANCH还
要贵一些.
Pleasanton的2个高中都是一线10分的高中,但是还比不过Dougherty Valley High(它应
该是三谷地区最好的高中). Pleasanton还是比GALE RANCH和WINDERMERE方便不少. |

退伍军人事务部和住房与城市发展部28日公布的调查发现，2010年，年龄在18到30岁之
间无家可归的退伍军人，约有1万3000名，在所有无家可归的退伍军人中，占相当高的
比率。

五在东湾阿拉米达县高等法院，只被判刑30天。
2012年5月15日，从中国来的游客胡波（译音，Bo Hu），于晚上11时30分，在道格蒂路
（Dougherty Rd.）过马路，被史密斯（Spencer Smith）所驾驶的奔驰汽车所撞，当场
死亡，而史密斯则肇事后逃逸。
街道的保全摄影机拍到，奔驰汽车继续向北行，手机的纪录也显示被告曾在车祸现场出
现。案发后一天，警方追查到车祸现场以北三哩的圣拉蒙市，在被告家中的车库，找到

Eric Cantor. Xavier Becerra was on Morning Joe lamenting how Eric was just

tourist in a hit-and-run crash in 2011 was reduced to a misdemeanor by an
Alameda County judge on Friday over "strenuous objection" by prosecutors,

work in San Ramon. I took Bart if I need to travel. from March to Sept,
everyday with winter coat in the morning and T-shirt at noon, it could have
50 degree diference. and earthquake around 2-3 degree is about 5 times....
since 1970, it says the chance of 7 degree earthquake is more than 30%
within 30 years, now it's 40 years, so big earthquake could happen anytime.
