从来没做过这个，要求在家里审10几个proposal之后要去DC开两天会：
For about 3 of your assigned proposals, you will be the
designated “Rapporteur”. As Rapporteur, you will lead the meeting
discussion for the 3 proposals, take notes, and write a post-discussion
summary on a Peer Review Results Form which must be completed before the
end of the meeting.
版上有去审过EPA的这种proposal吗？不知道自己的English是否能胜任这种face-to-
face discussion和实时做讨论笔录。
请指教。不行就推辞了，别给人家耽误事儿，谢谢！ |

上次看到EPA在美食美摄俱乐部发的帖子，就是我日思夜想的红油耳片，赶紧讨教了

买了猪耳，立刻实践了，的确是好方子。
原方如下：
猪耳6片加八角2颗煮断生，彻底清除猪毛，切成长条，千年卤料一块，桂皮一块，八
角2颗，生
姜一块拍烂和猪耳一起下高压锅，加水淹没猪耳，上气后调小火压30分钟，然后盛到方
形容器
里，汤汁最好能盖过猪耳，凉了就可以切片蘸调料吃了
我因为没有高压锅，直接小火烧了４小时。卤料我就用了以前卤牛肉剩下的。
唯一缺陷就是我自作主张加了老抽，出来颜色不漂亮。
再一缺陷就是我切长条的时候切的太细了，最后出来的里面的耳片显得碎了些 |

然后放2杯中筋粉，先用筷子搅一搅，不同面粉吃水不一样，看是不是要再加点面粉或

启动揉面功能，揉好后立刻关掉电源，强调要立即关，因为面包机有记忆功能。
面揉好后用手压平，在2倍高的地方做个记号方便观察，这个天气一般不到半小时就可
以了，最好不要超过2倍
然后再次开启揉面功能，这次可以再撒一点点面粉进去，等再次揉好后就取出来擀皮包
，如果希望皮更光滑还可以继续揉一会，揉好后尽快把包子做好，否则很快就二次醒发
了
如果没有蒸笼布可以铺一张厨房纸，再把烘焙纸剪成小块托住胚子，放到冷水蒸锅里第
二次醒发十几分钟，天冷可以稍微延长，看着胚子明显变大了就可以。蒸锅里水不能太
少，3厘米左右，不然蒸汽不够。开火后先烧开水，视包子大小调中火蒸10-15分钟，再
小火蒸2-3分钟，关火3-4分钟后就可以开盖了，蒸锅里压力慢慢减少对包子冲击力小，
推荐亚洲店双层复合底不锈钢蒸笼，开盖不要太晚，有时候我忘记及时开盖很多水滴到

液压法就是用稀释的盐酸注入1000米以下的岩石进行腐蚀，释放出天然气。我本人认为

腐蚀，会逐渐显现出后果，不象现在使用液压法还没多久。我本人认为液压法是件很糟

What EPA has is a National Recommend Water Quality Criteria. You can GOOGLE
it. Every state develop their own surface water quality criteria based on
the EPA recommend level.
The criteria for individual waste water discharge is even more complicated.
Depends on the watershed they are in, the applicable standard might be based
on anti-degradation or TMDL level. |

daemonself的原贴说美国制造业问题的根源在于工会、EPA和民主党，然后只有傻瓜才
会在美国投资制造业。
我的第一个回帖举了德国的例子，德国的工会更强大，环保要求更高，整个政治环境要
比美国更靠左。另外也引用了今天的新闻，苹果计划明年在美国生产一部分Mac。
美国跟德国的比较，你至少不能说明daemonself的观点中的因果关系。
lcz的回帖说(1)美国的工人的教育水平和技能不行；(2)德国只生产高利润率的产品；(
3)德国工人的工资是政府控制的，涨幅比美国低多了。
结合前面的讨论，我当然推断lcz认为是美国工人的素质导致了美国制造业的问题，反
问lcz这是不是说明daemonself的观点有问题，不应该被mark。
这么个因果关系，你不但理解不了，还居然能让你笑到想去舔jb（lcz的名言"添ｊｂ是
