I got an email back from one of my Ph.D. committee members who is currently
working in one of NIH's institutes as a SRO, not in NIAID. Here is part of
his email: “That is a very good score and it is likely to be paid but
every institute is different and there are all kinds of factors including;
set asides, program project priorities as well as new investigator
initiatives. Overall, I would be fairly optimistic for you at this point.”

的proposal看看。我听说NIAID的网上有sample proposal，也可以参考。具体哪个所，

发帖数: 28562 | 38 你在递交前都不看NIH对于不同日期的说明的么？因为国会年年都吵架，几乎就没有按
时通过预算的年份，所以NIH的机构都直说了cycle I是一个最糟糕的时机，在大部分情
况下，cycle I的申请都是通过continuing resolution (临时拨款)的钱来fund 的，所
以只有分数非常好的才能拿到钱。当然，分数不是特别好的但是擦边的也有可能在
正式预算下来之后追加拿到钱，但是需要等非常长的时间才知道能不能拿到。
