的二线就像个筛子，而且没有什么调整。
整个比赛的转折点就是第三节开始的Saints' onside kick, Colts显得毫无察觉，这只
能说明Caldwell 是个猪头，不能不佩服Sean Payton的指挥和勇气。这把整个比赛的节
奏完全掌握在Sanits手里。

onside kick把节奏打乱了。
不过扣子的defense等Freeney下了，就完全不钉了，被Brees一码一码地生吃，一点办
法没有，是太失败了。好教练不应该让这种事发生，怎么都得想点办法出来打乱节奏。 |

丑陋，难民的play好像是平均在自己的30 yard开始，口子平均在自己的15 yard开始，
加起来差距就很客观了，上场难民对味精的特工优势也很大.

上狗的信念，越打越保守，以为这样的防守下面还能有戏。相反，给了圣人破釜沉舟的
决心。这一个drive的3或7分，后来都被扣子的保守加下半场圣人的onside kick搞回来
了。

if a team opens overtime with an onside kick, recovers it and then kicks a
field goal on the ensuing possession. I deferred a final answer until we got

1. If the first team with ball scores TD, it wins.
2. If first team with ball makes FG, other team will get opportunity to tie
or win.
3. If both teams make FG, next team score wins
4. Any score by opposing defense or special teams ends game.
所以：
1。没有提到onside kick 的问题。
2。基本原则和我原来预想的"每个队至少一次进攻机会“很接近。但有两点不同：
a. 第一个进攻的队如果TD,则该队赢。
b. 这点是根据我的对以上文字的理解,可能不是NFL的原意：如果前两次进攻两队都没
得分，第三次，第五次，...进攻如果是FG，对方仍然有进攻机会。也就是说先进攻的
队不存在飞狗突然死亡的可能（除非双方都有过一次FG).
如果2b是真的，那先进攻的队就有一个很大劣势。但先进攻的队如果能TD，那也算赢。

if no team scores on their first procession, the old OT rules apply, and
that means first team score wins, even with a FG.
A safety will end the game, as it is scored by the opposing defense.
It also seems like onside kick is no different than regular kickoff as far
as the OT rules are concerned.

发帖数: 3011 | 39 说白菜和小鸡都是大师级的我是很同意的，一个是随便来个WR就能给白菜弄成pro
bowler级别，一个是随便哪儿搞些人就能让小鸡给训成铜墙铁壁。季后赛看防守，没有
小鸡的防守那可能Pats在playoff都能走那么深。蛋鸡和caldwell是啥货色就不说了。
数数有几只队在第四节之前，甚至是在领先的时候，就开始对colts搞onside kick？这
个一方面说明都知道colts的D烂，另一方面更主要的不就是不想让白菜上场么？历史上
有几个QB能得到这种待遇。
为啥，用旁观者的眼光仔细看看白菜的比赛，白菜在中场研究过对方的防守录像后，在
下半场真的就如庖丁解牛。当然他的风格也给他带来俩个弱点：一是不能有效的耗时间
，说夸张点对方的防守在他眼中基本到处是筛子眼，每个drive用的时间太短；二是到
了红区，他阅读防守找空档的能力会因为场地的压缩被大大消弱，因为协防补防容易了。
打Pats，防守有小鸡这个大师在，基本是占了上风或者和白菜互相cancle out。而
colts的根本死因是在跑上面，就没有一次能跑赢了的。季后赛赢那一次是唯一一次

There IS a "10码限制" -- the kicking team cannot touch the ball until the
ball has gone 10 yards, OR until the receiving team has touched it.
An onside kick is still "正常踢球" -- all the rules still apply, nothing more, and nothing less.
接球方唯一可以安然不动的情况下,
是如果开出来的球一直没有过10码,
那踢球方碰着了就是犯规.
不然, 谁最后捡着就是谁的了. 开球 =/= 弃踢 |

No no no. 因为那个10码限制,
绝大多数的onside kick是不成功的, 那就把球在中场附近让给对方了.
老鹰的kicker生涯中玩过18次, 8次成功,
这和一个足球守门员18个点球扑出8个一样罕见. Very exceptional. |

我倒是见过一个onside kick, 双方都知道是要来了,
于是接方11个人全部压上来, 在10码外严阵以待.
结果踢方别出心裁地一脚把球踢到接方的身后20-30码,
虽然让了对方10码, 但他们有助跑的优势, 而对方有措手不及还要转身去追的劣势,
就像一群疯狗抢骨头一样 ... |

那A队就是真正的从头到尾根本就没有possession of the ball,
as both teams can recover the ball on a kick off.
