。还有20%起的奖金。如果这个组还比较热门的话，一年的package会有接近30万(depends on performance)。不会
比Google senior少。还有要考虑的是，都到了这个level了，想过做Manager上升的可
能性哪边大没有？ |

我说的hiring manager 不是HR, 而是组里的lead. 虽然他是7/8个人的manager, 看起
来年纪也较大,但是他的level不到senior. 面试完的email 也是他回的.
面试的自我感觉还可以, 和其他三个人和lead谈的比较愉快. 最后见完senior,他告诉
principal 出去了. 他确实没有出去和别人商量后再这么说的.
现在看来就move on ba. |
