释一下为什么你的利息没有白交
假定你一年前贷款４０万３０年fixed. 利率为５％。现在可以做no closing cost

更新一下，我后来发message给mortgage公司，告诉它们我在message里面已经写明“
Principal Only”，为什么还扣interest。它们非常心虚，赶快回信说它们会处理这件
事情。今天早上打开activities一看，果然interest退给我了。。。后来参照别人说的
，我也给二房bill pay了mortgage，丝毫不差的全部Principal reduction。而且两次
mortgage都是3天就到账，比check快而且安全多了。。。呵呵，看来bluebird付
mortgage还是不错的，我收回原来的观点。。。

more money, why even pay off the loan early (assume you got a low rate or
can refi to a low rate)
Pay off the loan early is the one of most stupid things people can do, I can
only think of a few exceptions where it is beneficial, but for most people,
it is just dumb. (financially)

上面才是Principal，这种一般翻译成首席工程师或者总工程师。
Senior Principal Eng. 这个就简单了，Principal翻译成啥前面加个资深就好了。

的这个是上个月的利息。 这个月的利息， 正在累加，按1号的principal来计算利息。
如果要prepay principal, 1号prepay 和15好prepay 是不一样的。 如果1号prepay,
那么从一号开始， principal-prepay amount来计算每天的利息。 如果是15号prepay
principal, 那么1-14号是按1号的principal来计算利息， 从15好到月底， 按1号的

另外凭你这一句“Principal无论IC还是manager是同酬的”，就说明你根本没当过principal。谁principal的报酬只看base？即使你是principal，肯定也是IC那伙的。manager和IC股票award的巨大差别你都不知道，简直拿无知当个性。另外，即使你是principal manager，你所有收入加一起还是不如我开外包公司赚得多。跟我比怎么说你都是个loser。

I-485 Receipts May Contain Incorrect Priority Date
November 12, 2012
Questions have arisen surrounding some recent applications for adjustment of
status (I-485) cases filed for derivative (dependent) beneficiaries. The
receipt notices issued for some of these cases reflect the date of the I-485
filing in place of the correct priority date. The USCIS has explained why
this has occurred and that it is not a cause for concern.

principle." You're right though "principle" is always a noun, while "
principal" can be both noun and adj. But see the following use from
Wikipedia. I think it is appropriate, considering the principal's role in
Broadcom. FYI, Broadcom's technical ladder includes "Technical Director", "
Principal", "Staff", "Engineer". There are also finer grades within each
