一个connection， 当connection 数量一大，（》5000）rabbitmq 就不响应了。我的
Java Service 有 connection pool 就没问题了。我们准备搞一个service， 让php 都
call service， service 再连RabbitMQ
另外它对network paritiion 处理不好

我刻意不提太多具体技术细节，因为只要概念明白了，类似的东西用过了，可以边干边
学。例如一个人会JMS中EMS，Activemq，rabbitmq...什么的其中一个，换到另一个都
是一会儿的功夫，甚至去用tibrv这些非JMS实现的messaging也就是两会儿的事情。忒
讨厌阿三拿个什么莫名的技术专题来面试人，没用过就不会，用过就会，没半点考察意
义。但要是messaging的概念完全不知道，至少面试以前要补习起来。
数据结构和multi-threading就是基本功了。不管用啥语言啥技术，干活的时候不知道
用哪个collection和为什么，或者不知道怎么debug一个thread的去向和为什么，就很
头大了。 |

觉不错，比rabbit mq 强， throughput 大。 和Cassandra有点象， sequential
writes to disk. 而且support multiple consumers on the same queue. zookeeper
store each consumer(group) offset. unlike rabbitmq which keeps state for
each msg.comes with storm consumer. 但 scala 不好懂。 |

面试官：director白男，老中，一个烙印，另外一个白男。
题一：
web service相关，后台需要收集用户上传的日志并分析后反馈结果，日志文件压缩，
size在300MB以上，需要可以scalable。
没有太多时间考虑细节，直接给了个方案：
前台日志文件分片上传并通知后台chunk数目，后台接收到每个chunk成功写入临时文件
通知前台继续下一个chunk，结束后比较文件size。使用rabbitmq + celery的架构，成
功接收文件后web server把解压分析的task发布到相应的queue，worker server
monitor这个queue做相应的解压分析工作。
感觉面试官还算满意，中间问了很久如何保证data integrity， 如何monitor queue并
在合适时候进行worker扩容等问题。
接下来这题估计挂了（题一扩展）：
题二需求：后台实现一个可以接收前台任意payload的service，payload的大小在1MB以

1，浏览信息应该在server端实时保存
2，浏览记录时间分片，最近的记录需要memcache起来
要实现这两个目标，业务逻辑分2块：
1、保存浏览信息。一个居于message broker的solution，kafka，rabbitmq+celery都
成。不影响其它业务逻辑，实时消息处理入库，更新cache
2、提供浏览信息。首先提供memcache的最新浏览信息，更多记录可以查询数据库。
reddis其实也是很适合的memcache系统。估计Amazon也有自己的
扩展方便，但是存储可能是瓶颈，解决这个问题，又是另外一道题了

我不知道员工内推是不是有限制的，至少我在我公司也都是仔细看过之后才推，三个月
才推一个。如果真的有限制的话，和前辈说声抱歉，辜负了你的期望。
本人非大牛，工程牛校出来的水硕项目，高中noip，后来读工程了，目前是非常普通的
码农。下班后，基本上自己学习很多，包括.Net 领域里面的赵三本 （知乎“温兆伦”
推荐），此外在coursera上课。基本上下了班就是上课，写代码完成作业。个人喜欢后
端和底层的技术，分布式系统，设计模式，编程语言，解释器的东西，但是智商和审美
是硬伤，很少玩图形学，大数据和前端技术。
平时在公司，做.Net MVC，做后端的security。做权限和信息安全其实有时是个坑，不
断地添加各种模块来实现各种复杂的授权，SSO，OAuth， SRP， Federation等等。但
因为是大公司，基本上一半时间就能完成，以前这些时间我都拿去逛知乎，逛网站，一
