出差等飞机中无聊做了一点research,加上之前的一点经验,来个高大上点的讨论。
ipad打字不在乎小节了。
首先,所谓conflict of interest,在judicial disqualification程序上有两种路径,
要么法官recuse sua sponte,要么一方上motion。lying trump要是觉得在法律上这个
coi成立,就不用whine了,上一个motion就算是denied了也是上诉的最佳理由,end of
story.
其次,所谓COI的理由成不成立?或许lying trump 这个理由可以骗poorly educated的
达克,骗不了其他人。
原因如下
Judicial disqualification规定主要在28 usc 455. 455a实践中容易一些,455b举证
责任非常严苛,除非有compelling evidence证明特定的impartiality,否则压根没戏。

clojure上面的DP可以用memoize recusion function来做,懒汉专用工具 :)
但是这样的recusion还是有可能stack overflow,怎么办呢?
懒汉的办法就是再构造一个lazy sequence从小到大call过去,就保证了recusion不太
会发生了
这样的话,如果memoize太多东西了可能会out of memory,怎么办呢?
在github有clojure更加高级的memoize package,可以搞些什么先进先出或者动态的换
入换出之类的memoize,在小内存机器上可以避免out of memory problem。
