我的律师是上周一开始准备加急材料的( regular 140amendment 是去年12月交的), 不
知道律师是什么时候交的, 今天收到信说批了, 是加急的批了
所以结论是successor-in-interest 140 amendment 可以用加急
还有关于successor-in-interest 140 amendment PENDING的时候能否交485, 我又征询
了其他律师, 答案是可以的, 因为AMENDMENT和APPROVED 140 是一个CASE, 这里根本没
有PD RELINK 或CARRY OVER的问题

们在忙H1B的事儿，140都要往后放一下，再有就是需要file 140 SII。他的原话是“We
will have to file an I-140 successor in interest before we can file your
AOS”，我又发了一封邮件问能否concurrent filing，尚没有回答。
想先心里有个数，所以请问大家140SII和485能否同时file？另外140SII能加急吗？

多。一 般来说prevailing wage的ability to pay的问题不太大。因为新的公司多半都
有不错的财力资料。反而是本来的公司，因为经营不好才会卖掉。这时拿新公司的财力
资料反而可以解决问题。
有的人在办PERM时碰 到公 司有Merge 或是 Acquisition的情形。当然如果还是在初期
，我们可以马上改变广告，prevailing wage及 Job Order的申 请，因为这些申请都须
要用到公司的Tax ID，如果在DOL审 核PERM时老公司的Tax ID取 消了，PERM就会碰到
问 题。所以最好能在还没送 出PERM时就改过来。如果在申请一 半时公司有所改变，
也只有等 到DOL来Audit(复 查) 时再提出所需要的资料。当 然这 时PERM的申请可能
会延 续下 来，尤其是碰 到Atlanta的DOL，它们的速度是很慢的。

Today I received some information confirming Thom Hogan’s latest post (prob
ably from the same source?): Nikon will announce D700 and D3s successors on
August 24th, 2011. The D700 replacement will be available in Fall 2011 and t
he D3s replacement will be available at the beginning of 2012. Both will be
produced in Malaysia. The D700 successor will have 24 MP, the D3s successor
will have 18MP. Both cameras will have new AF-system and many new “astonish
ing” feature.

解釋，相當混亂，大家又知道我早前曾去羅馬，就都來問我能否為事件作出一些澄清。
其實去年十月汕頭莊建堅主教已收到教廷的指示，他請我幫他聯絡教廷。我托人親手把
他的信送去傳信部，又請傳信部部長轉交一份副本給教宗，不過我不知道那副本是否到
達教宗枱上。還好那時韓大輝總主教還在羅馬，他向教宗道別時有機會和他談了汕頭及
閩東的事，原來教宗並不知情，且答應韓總主教他會關注。
聽了韓總主教轉告我教宗說的話我放心了。但十二月發生的事使我更加吃驚。當傷心而
年老的莊主教請我把他對「教廷赴北京代表團」所傳訊息向教宗回應的信傳去羅馬，我
當然一口答應了。但我有什麼辦法能保證他的信能到教宗手裡（我自己的許多信也不肯
定是否到了他手裡）？
為能肯定教宗聽到我們的聲音，我毫不猶疑決定去羅馬走一趟。我一月九日晚上啟程，

错。还请大家指点。
觉得有以下几个问题：
1）房子的状况不是很清楚，不能进去看，最多在小区或外面看看。怎么才能估计维修
的cost呢？
2）就是现金交易，拍到后立即赴款。应该以后可以做equity loan，这个要等多久？
equity loan的amount 是你房价的百分比，还是房子价值的百分比？
3）我在德州，我们这的法拍屋在auction.com都能查到，几乎所有房子除了欠银行钱，
还有其他的lien。我的问题是拍到这个房子的人，能拿到clear title么？还是bid
winner要付清房子的所有lien？
