华为向苹果公司许可专利769件，苹果公司向华为许可专利98件。这意味华为开始向苹
果公司收取专利许可使用费
在手机专利方面，苹果、三星、华为、高通、爱立信、中兴等都是拥有大户。尤其是高
通、爱立信，每年的专利费都是一笔非常可观的收入。去年，爱立信专利收入同比大增
46%，而几乎绝大部分收入来自专利授权的高通自然就更不用说了。
据了解，去年华为与苹果公司达成一系列专利许可协议，覆盖GSM、UMTS、LTE等无
线通信技术，双方的专利数量此次也是首次被公开。
在通信业，两个公司签订专利许可时，专利许可数量多的一方要向数量少的一方收
取专利费。去年年底，爱立信与苹果签署了专利授权协议，根据双方协议，未来7年苹
果将向爱立信支付专利费。据投资银行ABG Sundal Collier的一份报告中称，预计爱立
信将在iPad和iPhone营收中收取大约0.5%的专利费。此前，爱立信在对苹果的专利诉讼
时曾要求苹果每年支付2.5亿至7.5亿美元的专利费。

SUNDALE LARGE HOME CONVERTED INTO TWO UNITS. DOWNSTAIRS HAS 2 BEDROOMS 1
BATH KITCHEN BUILT WITH NO PERMIT.
说区好坏的都没说到点子上。虽然这里是Fremont最差的高中，传统莫莫区，但是普通
的SFH现在也不可能只有这个价格。 |
