来说是small surgery, 但毕竟是surgery阿。我在pediatric urology rotation看到过
几个circumcision的手术，其实不止剪一刀那么简单阿。a lot of things can go
wrong.

sleep study, but he didnt sleep well due to huge tonsils. It was a small
surgery, lasted for about 40 min. He recovered quite well, played a soccer

afterwards. Before the surgery, I consulted with many people including two
anesthesiologists and was told that the general anesthesia is considered a
pretty safe procedure for children since they are healthier. Of course, if
you can wait for awhile to have the surgery, it will be great. If you do not
have any choice, I don't think you need to worrry about it too much. Good

谢谢大家的关心。手术在星期二早上10：30做完了。医生说，该切的，都切了，要等1-
2个星期看看化验的结果如果如何。在医院里住了一个晚上。星期三下午出院。由于切
除了左淋巴腺，所以有2 个引流管挂在左面，每天要清理引流管的液体2次，这就是一
天最痛的时候，有的时候液体通过引流管被拽出来，那专心的痛，只有哇哇大哭。虽然
我没有经历过生产的痛苦（我是剖腹的），但我觉得这次手术比上次剖腹要来得痛苦。
有的人说，化疗比手术痛苦，但以我个人的经历，我觉得，手术比化疗痛苦。我没有很
大的化疗反映。该吃吃，该喝喝，没有怎么呕吐。接下来，就是10 月份的放疗（5周）
，最后是乳房重建。抗乳癌是一场长时间的战争。需要家人，朋友的支持，和自己的坚
强的信心。路是一步一步走下去的。奔个和小宝宝上周末在中央公园的动物园中拍的。

宝宝出生后心脏有杂音，做了echo后诊断为VSD，0.5厘米，位置在上面，membranous
VSD。 当时医生a建议4到6个月手术open heart surgery。 后来去看另一个医生b，又
做了echo，还是membranous VSD，大小是0.55厘米，医生b说先定期检查，如果孩子有
症状例如喝奶困难，体重增长缓慢，心脏增大等就需要做。 上次检查后宝宝生长发育
正常，医生建议6个月的时候electively做手术。现在宝宝4个多月马上要再去看医生再
做一次echo决定是否做手术并商谈细节了。
目前宝宝看上去一切正常，体重一直是50%左右，没有吃任何药。 我们自己做了一些研
究，但是实在是对这一方面了解有限，宝宝只能靠我们为她做最好的决定，所以恳切求

agree with the pharmacist group. At this point, it looks like the
temperature is kind of been controlled, which means the antibiotics is doing
its job. It normally take 2-3 days for the work of antibiotics to be
observed and 7-10 days to kill all the residual bacteria.

closure glaucoma attack. We called 911 and send her to ER immediate. Don't
know how much about the bill yet. Later in the ER hospital they found she
got the Acute angle-closure glaucoma attack. So she was transfered to the

术，叫去Pediatric Plastic Surgery；打电话去约，问了情况，说只做大面积的，不
做1-2cm小的，叫去Pediatric Surgery；
打电话约了，也没说不行，等见到医生后，却说他不做feet的，这个事还得再去
pediatric plastic，告诉他之前联系过，叫来这里的，医生说：那是pediatric
plastic接线员made mistake；说那里不止做大的，也做小的。
于是又打电话给Pediatrci plastic surgery，讲了上面的故事，接线员又去问了
supervisor，结果回答还是他们不做手和脚上的痣的事情，说很多医生不知道他们这个

I'm posting a lot about this these days because of my torn labrum, but I
can explain it like this:
You have to tear up the joint to get at it and fix it. You need to make the
bone marrow bleed. The scab is the glue that holds the labrum in place.
If the procedure fails, the labrum fails to adhere.
And guess what?
You just butchered the joint for nothing.
I had the best doctor in the country - Dr Yocum. He and Dr Andrews were the

Argentine legend Diego Maradona has successfully undergone stomach surgery
at a clinic in Cartagena, Colombia.
The surgery, known as a gastric by-pass, lasted two hours. It reduces the
