提醒:
0. 每个队还是有一个franchise tag,
去年因为猪不理闹得众人皆知, 应该很熟悉了.
1. 有4年球龄的球员, 才真正是自由的.
只有3年的, 球队给一个tender (他不能拒绝),
就可以match他和其他队的签约留住他,
(以前维京人那个臭名昭著的毒药丸条约已经被禁止了);
或者如果他被签走, 新队就要交出tender的草稿轮数作为补偿;
或者如果他没有别人要, 那他下一年的年薪就是这个数字.
当然, 像lpx去年举狗熊的例子, 球队可以给了tender,
等市场已经散了, 又再收回来, 把球员裁掉.
1st round tender: $2.879 M
2nd round tender: $2.023 M
Original round tender: $1.323 M
2. 只有两年球龄的, 球队给个第3年球员的最低工资, 他就只有接受.
3. 今年各队的工资帽.

任何时候上了IR, 他就不算名额了
(现在的90人, 第三场练习赛以后的80人, 和最后开赛前的53人).
** 但他只有两年NFL的经验. 这种新人, 如果现在90人大名单的时候上IR,
必须先被除名, 去waiver转一圈, 没有别的队要, 才又回到原队, 就可以上IR了.
** 过去几天巨人一下子有几个DT受伤, 要训练都不够人手.
签了一个老兵 (Rocky Bernard), 必须给他挪一个位置, 就走了这条路.
** 所以拍子下面两个月里也得保持一个正式名额给他疗养,

八岁的时候，广播里永远播着今天最高气温39.5摄氏度，屋子里的电风扇总是转个不停
。小买店里新进了好多诱人的酒心巧克力，工地上躺着很多废铜烂铁。我和同伴在流了
很多口水之后，决定去捡废铁。第一次，到废品回收站一称，８分钱。第二次，冒着酷
暑狠狠的捡了一把，然后信心十足的抬到回收站，一称，还是８分钱。。。。。
十四岁的时候，空气中总是飘着汗味。晚自习的铃声一响，月光下就都是人头和声音。

，他们甚至愿意倒贴钱来球队训练。虽然你可以挑队伍，但队伍可挑的球员多了去了。
应该是7轮秀好，至少可以保证训练营和季前赛的机会。除非你有把握或者已经知道有
球队一定要你。这种情况下，球队可能会给你bonus 来训练。最高能到两万美刀。7轮
秀应该就没有这钱。但是对他们这些边缘球员，机会应该远大于这点钱。
训练时，都是一样拿850美刀一周的per diem。到开赛时，留队的才能拿合同的工资和
签字金。这上面应该两者没有区别的。
UFA 在4年后的restricted free agent tender 上，我认为是有好处的。low round
tender 就等于 no draft compensation 。所以球队要留他的话，至少要给2轮的
tender。绿湾的sam shield 就是这样。当然他也值这个。 但是如果他是三轮选上的，
估计绿湾只会给low rounder。钢人的Sanders 是三轮的，low round tender 就是3轮
的补偿。钢人冒险了一把，差点被小鸡截胡。 |

饿死了， 却什么吃的也没有， 打电话叫pizza? NO， u can make it in 20 mins :)
1 把冰箱里chicken tender扔微波炉解冻， 5分钟， 同时烧上一锅水
2 chicken tender解冻后， 放teriyaki sauce腌10分钟， 同时切sausage, 切小蘑菇
热锅少许油， 把sausage放入锅， 放alfredo sauce, 放小蘑菇， 放一些水煮。 同时
下spaghetti细面。 再切青红椒入锅， 等面8分熟后也入锅搅拌中火煮， 放点胡椒粉
3 上grill锅，把腌好的chicken tender煎， 大约5分钟， 切开没有红色就好了

In US the word sirloin steak is referring to a mid-range steak. Some shops
also sell other lower grade sirloin meet as steak.

那一样可以寻求转会，还不受野马控制。

发帖数: 14021 | 46 我的没做研究的理解是用original tender 而不是1/2轮， 是引诱其他队来low ball
offer，然后自己可以match。如果是一二轮的话，来给offer的队会少，但一旦别人来
给offer，钢人的工资空间基本就没有能力match。
而且，球员签了tender的话，明年续约要的钱也会少不少。看看Victor Cruz那一轮
Tender得要多少年薪。

match的难度就不会太大。
如果给1轮tender，差不多3M，尽管别人还价的机会基本为0，但自己的cap room也爆了
。属于杀敌1000，自损800。
现在给个三轮的original tender，如果没人还价就最好了，万一有人还价，还可以希
望价钱不高，我还可以有能力去match。所以我猜钢人是想留人的，而且尽量用最少的
钱，而不是去考虑不match的话拿1轮2轮还是3轮的选秀权。
当然这都是我自己瞎猜得。我理解你的想法。不差薪资空间的话，多个70万，给个2轮
的tender，基本就没人来签。也许钢人确实失算了，也可能他们太有巧幸心理，为省这
70万，打算赌一赌，毕竟自己还有机会去match。 |

过去几年, 所有被原队定价为第一轮的RFA, 只有一个收到了新队的合同.
去年的Mike Wallace, 今年的Victor Cruz,
纵使再大牌, 翘首以待一个月, 还是空手而归.
这要么是球队之间有共识(共谋), 要么就是这种方案本身有问题.
球员工会很应该深入调查, 研究对策.
这才是有头脑地, 长期地, 不光是从金额上地, 保护中产球员的利益.
没有其他的队能挖人, 下面就是VC的选择:

签一份长期合同，enough said.

签他的RFA tender, 一年$2.8M, 没有其他奖金.
去年lpx讲过狗熊在用tender把RFA留住以后, 到了七月又要求他减薪的卑鄙举动.

如果他从了这$2.8M/yr, 又继续保持健康保持成绩,
巨人可以在2014以franchise tag留他一年, $11M.
也就是今后两年共$14M, 实报实销.
而现在放在桌面上的长期合约就是$7M/yr, 总共~$21M有保障.
原队要真的心狠手辣, 可以在2015年第二次(也是最后一次)对同一个球员用tag,
那真是要人欲死不能了.
