，无法下咽。生粉，小苏打，蛋清，火候等等都是治标不治本。餐馆里的关键法宝就是
Craftt1MM提到的Meat Tenderizer,中文叫做嫩肉粉，白色（如图示）。大厨师父们每
天要烧怎么多菜，是不会有时间去放蛋清，控制火候，对牛肉一阵敲敲打打，再下锅的。
Meat Tenderizer （嫩肉粉)没有初学者想象中的可怕，总觉得放写化学药粉进入食物
里会有害健康。 其实它只是一种蛋白酶，迅速分解弹性蛋白。说得通俗点，就像用刀
柄敲肉，破坏瘦肉原来紧密的组织结构，除了有点像肉糜，但是不会有副作用的。大家
可以放心地买来使用。
使用说明： 图片所示的是我家的嫩肉粉，当然MM们还可以挑选其它牌子，或者是
seasoned(混合含有其它的香料， 各家洋人超市都有卖！
在切好的肉丝，或者肉片里面少许撒些，含量差不多和放味精一样，千万不能太多。撒
完之后，充分搅拌，使它尽情发挥效力。

我个人觉得就是设施好点，很多老师都冷冷的拽拽的（好老师也有，不多）。
我还看到过老师对小孩（1岁多的班）吼
假期还特多，12月23号-新年都放假。7：00-6：00。只能用check。经常涨价
推荐centre ave的Tender Care
设备不那么好，但是老师很好，很热情，不是一个班的在走廊里见到都主动打招呼。
一周一交钱，200多，可以用Credit Card
出去玩请假一周可以不交钱，50刀Keep就可以
6:30am-6:30pm
12月24号，31号都开门
我孩子2岁半送去Tender Care，那时非常胆小，老师总抱她，
还鼓励其他小朋友和她玩，她2周就不哭了。
3岁半送到UCDC，老师也不那么热情，小朋友也都自己玩自己的，
过了2个月她还不喜欢去。后来来了一个新老师，很喜欢她，总和她说话，才好些。
如果有后悔药，我绝对不会把孩子转去UCDC
还有朋友孩子在Shady Lane，据说孩子也很喜欢 |

锻炼routine：
中午举重 45分钟，史密斯架卧推，中午比较light，6个sets，每个set 8reps 现在很
弱，加中间的竿，总共90lbs，，组间是哑铃飞鸟，杠铃练肱二头肌，引体向上，那种
练pec的拉索，从两边拉刀中间的轮着做
然后high intensity 游泳30分钟，每25yards都停，25 yards全力游
晚上7点： 举重45分钟到1小时，主要就是史密斯架卧推了，10*10，很弱很弱的~~。前
五组90磅，组间做训练肱三头肌的那种拉索，引体向上，哑铃飞鸟，后5组 100磅。
然后 high intensity 跑步 30-35分钟，平均速度9-9.5miles/h 大概5miles多，然后
跑回办公室2miles easy
饮食routine:
早上 Blue Berry Muffin and French Toast Muffin

高的价。 而且季前赛4号替补表现不错，还高了个102yard的kick return TD。 所以狗
熊让Bell减薪到700K，比4年球龄的老队员的最低工资高点。 Bell 不干，要求狗熊把
他释放。 3：30PM 刚随对飞到纽约准备打巨人的，被释放后又转身回机场坐7PM的飞机
回芝加哥。
这个从球队管理的角度来说，完全make senses。1。26M 不合算。 不过问题是，Bell
去年是Restricted Free Agent，这个1。26M 是狗熊给的 RFA 1 year tender。 Bell
接受了，也就放弃了off season 去别的球队找工作的机会。 可是赛季一开始，狗熊觉
得1。26M太不值，要求人家降工资。 我不知道Bell是不是一定要接受，否则他为啥要

根据现有的合同，乌鸦阵容里有49人under contract next year,工资帽总额107M，根据
预计的121M salary cap，还有14M左右的空间。当然，老刘退役，会再腾出4.5M，所以
总共有的空间是18-19M.此外Matt Birk也极有可能退役，会腾出2.5M左右的空间。
关键的自由球员按优先级排序包括:Joe Flacco(QB),Dannell Ellerbe(ILB),Cary
Williams(CB),Paul Kruger(OLB),Ed Reed(FS),Bryant McKinnie(LT).另外还有几个限
制性自由球员，包括Dennis Pitta(TE),Ed Dickson(TE)和Arthur Jones(DT/DE).
先说三个限制性自由球员，这里面没有一个人需要用1轮或者2轮tender，original-
round tender明年是1.33M,就算三个人会占掉4M

Cruz是已经给了首轮的tender?
版霸的问题都太刁钻了，不查是不知道答案的，只能瞎猜。
1，高的那个
2，没有就不能，草稿后就可以用下一年的了
3，只能从了原队match的合同
