AVI (Audio Video Interleave) 早在Windows 3.1 时代就已经
出现了。 它是一种容器格式，也就是说很多乱七八糟的视频音频压
缩算法都可以往里装。比如早期的 AVI 基本上就没怎么压缩，视频
部分大概相当于把多幅 BMP 加在一起，音频部分则是 WAV。而现在
流行的 AVI，视频部分是 DivX 或 XviD ，音频部分大多是 MP3 或
AC3，也有用 OGG的。
我原文中把avi等同于DVDRip是错误的，原来想就叫它MPEG4，但
是音频部分却不是MPEG4，故出此下策。
因为Real Media和QuickTime一般不会遇到解码问题，所以原文
没有提到。
