迁也会发放大约每服务一年发一个月工资的遣散费。一方面，公司为了和地方政府搞好
关系，另外也是安抚留着的员工。否则只有找不到工作的还留着，能走的都走了。能有
选择的，都不会来了。
GE Welch老头牛，定每年10%的离职率。优胜劣汰。还能推几年，不知现在还是这样否？

最近一位有炫富習慣的女子開車進紫禁城自拍，在大陸引起輿論上的熱烈討論。當然在
市場經濟私有財產制度之下，炫耀自己的財富以及其所帶來的特殊待遇可以是合法的，
這裏的關鍵在於讓非公務車開進一級古跡是否屬於財富應該帶來的特殊待遇之一，所以
背後的責任明顯歸於故宮的管理階層。事後故宮人員居然還辯解說當天辦私展賺錢是前
任院長的決定；這就是典型的狡辯術，因爲問題不在於辦私展與否而在於特權的範疇大
小，所以他們純屬移花接木、轉移話題。這一點我在《常見的狡辯術》一文中已經詳細
討論過了。
這位炫富女似乎是北方人，甚至可能是東北人。我這麽猜是因爲中國南北的民族性不同

美国比较有历史的公司就是：GE 和 IBM 了 出了两个牛逼的CEO： Jack Welch, 郭士
纳。但是你仔细一看， 这两个人管理的资产和一个小孩子： Mark Zuckerburg管理的
资产数额不相上下。
说明了什么问题？ GE 和 IBM 实在是太难管了。就是说公司到了这个阶段， 公司文化
导致公司的管理难度越来越高。公司发展也越来越慢， 到后来就是苟延残喘。 GE 和
IBM 都不知道死过几回了， 都是运气好又活了过来。哪天一不小心就死了。哪天死在
阿三手里， 其实真的不是阿三的问题。
这个周期律的问题还没有谁能够解决。这个可能和人类的天性有关， 或者这个是对人
类有好处的。 王朝的更替， 人类的生死， 新旧公司的崛起颓败， 可能都是人类向前
发展的动力。
皇帝轮流做。 如果一个王朝一坐就是一万年， 那皇家血统的人不是爽死了？ 阶级的
流动性必然导致王朝要覆灭， 公司要倒闭。这既是人类的劣根性， 也是上帝造人牛逼
的地方。
