I understand you fully and yes you can meet me here. Before I posted the car
I went to my bank and asked if I would get the title as soon as I paid the
loan. They told me that since the dmv is located in harrisburg it would have
to be mailed to me. I have no problem taking you to my bank to do the
transaction and I'm actually trying to figure out how I will sign everything
over to you without the title. I saw something online about having a
signable agreement that acknowledges that you know that you'll have the
title transferred in your name once I recieve it. We can do everything
through a notary that way there's no problem. |

另外carfax上面最后一项显示的是。费城的DMV怎么在离他好远的harrisburg？

Title is always issued by DMV. Bank is just lien holder and does not have it
. When loan is paid off the bank can tell DMV to mail the title to the owner
(him, not you, because he applied for the loan and he's the bank customer).
Just sign a bill of sales with him, notarize it, and verify and pay his
balance in his bank with him, then get the key and car is legally yours. He'
ll give you the title later when he gets it. What he said is fine - I did
this before. |

bill of sales 是需要特定的单位给的，比如银行，还是说我们草拟一份书面文书双方
签字就好了？ 需要银行帮忙公证吗？

如果他不寄给我的话，我可以向银行拿回这笔钱吗？
