真核的已经有很多程序和软件了，不知道针对细菌的有没有？难道就是自己简单的
BLAST吗？

发帖数: 671 | 6 请教楼主一个问题。构建sgRNA表达的时候，是不是转录起点之后尽量少加额外的序列
？我的顾虑是很多启动子的转录起点其实不是特别清楚。在做基因表达的时候，找ATG
就行了。但是不清楚多余的5‘序列对整个Crispr-cas9效率的影响。
