case status like in H1B. Only the employer or the employer's agent (
attorney) have login and password to the DOL's website to check status. |

我的case已经14.5个月了（2007年9月中交的）

"While DOL does not publish processing times, at a recent liaison meeting
the DOL did advise they are processing cases in the audit queue that were
filed before August 2007. "
