DOL thought Fragomen was involved in the candidate review process. Though
the audit has been stopped, all audited cases returned to normal process,
Fragomen's name has been cleared, DOL still issued a guidance in attorney's
involvement in the candidate review process.
Unless the immigration attorney is normally involved in the company's hiring
process, the attorney should not be involved in the candidate review
